Hotel berhampiran Iglesia Del Convento De Las Hermanas Oblatas, Mexico City

Me encanto el hotel, el servicio es excelente, todo el personal muy amables y serviciales, les agradezco mucho que hayan resguardado el cargador de celular que olvido mi hijo en el lobby. Nos permitieron el ingreso a las habitaciones desde la 1 de la tarde porque había disponibilidad. A mejorar sería que cuando les hagan reservación para 2 personas poner 2 toallas en lugar de 1, que el menú del desayuno tenga más variedad y este surtido, me he hospedado en otros hoteles city express y tienen más variedad en las opciones que ofrecen de desayuno, por ser plus me esperaba algo mejor, pero solo tenían fruta (melón y papaya), leche, cereal, café, jugo verde, jugo de naranja y café, les sugiero que surtan tanto los alimentos como la loza de la barra de desayuno, debido a que luego se termina y no resurten, tiene uno que andar pidiendo las cosas, ojalá pudieran cambiar los vitroleros donde ponen el agua, ya que los que tienen constantemente se tapan y no puedes servirte el jugo.

Un gran lugar para hosped****, la habitación muy amplia, todo limpio, el personal muy amable y eficiente. La vista desde la Terraza es muy bonita.

Este no es un Hotel, es un Motel, queda en un barrio conocido por haber mucha prostitución, entraban y salían parejas que solo se quedaban “el rato” me parece irresponsable que ofrezcan este lugar como hotel “familiar” pague 2 noches y preferí perder lo que pagué en lugar de quedarme un hotel en la mitad de un barro horrible!! Claramente perdí lo que pague porque ya las políticas de reembolso no me aplicaban… Jamás lo recomiendo, pésima experiencia!

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Excelente servicio! Personal muy agradable. Se agradece que el check out sea a la 13:00 hr. Y te dan minutos extras para que dejes la habitación. Muy recordable! La habitación es amplia.

Lokasi yang sangat baik dan bagus kerana biliknya besar. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan kejiranan, jadi tidak ada kesulitan.

Great location but staff were unhelpful. No consierge for 2/3 days of our stay, room wasn’t very nice. We told the hotel we were on honeymoon and they did nothing at all to make our stay special! Won’t be staying again.

Great location, generous breakfast, CLEAN room and common areas! Security at front door was reassuring and Alejandro the concierge was a pleasure to meet. Water in sink and shower was too slow to get warm…never got hot. 🥲 All staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
