Me encanto Queretaro sus tours tanto a pie como en el tour histórico los souvenirs lindos y los sitios históricos muy interesante lleno de plazas iglesias restaurantes y muy tranquilo La Ciudad de Mexico demasiados coches trafico pero no deja de ser una ciudad interesante llena de atractivos turísticos ricos restaurantes y de todo

Edificio de departamentos convertido recientemente en hotel boutique de 32 habitaciones. Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me gusto mucho el rooftop y su alberca donde pude hacer un poco de natación y disfrutar del jacuzzi con una bonita vista del WTC. La cafetería de al lado es muy buena

Lokasi yang sangat baik dan bagus kerana biliknya besar. Terdapat banyak restoran di kawasan kejiranan, jadi tidak ada kesulitan.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

Un gran lugar para hosped****, la habitación muy amplia, todo limpio, el personal muy amable y eficiente. La vista desde la Terraza es muy bonita.

酒店地理位置很好，非常方便，主要是安全，旁邊廣場就有很多警察巡邏。房間衛生環境不錯。還讓前台幫忙打電話，非常nice! 另外推薦斜對麪的餐廳，蝦tacos很好吃，住了一周，吃了3次😂
