Our stay in Miami was fantastic. The Rui hotel made it so enjoyable. It was so clean and the staff was so friendly. I am definitely returning and recommend this hotel highly

It was a great experience. The breakfast overall was the best I think I ever had. Great spread of food. The beach right at the location was amazing too. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, very helpful. I will definitely stay here again!!

Была во многих отелях, есть с чем сравнивать. Ожидала лучшего, считаю цена очень завышена. Номер странный, раковины в коридоре, в туалет стеклянная дверь, которая никак не закрывается и не фиксируется(то есть не для стеснительных). Горячей воды в душе не было, не знаю в чем причина. Халатов и тапочек нет, зубного набора нет, даже питьевой воды в номере не было. Форточка открывается на 5 сантиметров. Кондиционер не соответствует градусам, либо сильно морозит, либо его можно выключить и становится душно. В номере мини кофеварка и немного кофе, но это везде в США. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор стандартный, без изысков, но достаточно большой. Проблема в количестве людей, столики всегда все заняты, даже чашку для кофе приходится ждать, персонал с этим никак не помогает. Кофе машин нет, а за пол часа до закрытия может уже закончится кофе и нового не будет. Очень душно на завтраке, даже в помещении, такое ощущение, что кондиционеры не включают. Красивая маленькая территория, но к сожалению, нет никакого ресторана или общественной зоны с видом на море. Лежаков хватает и на пляже и у бассейна. Отель на берегу, вход с моря по ключу от номера, у меня почему-то не срабатывала карта иногда. Рядом особо нет кафе и ресторанов, но есть магазин в 5 ти минутах ходьбы. Залог можно оставить наличными, но тогда вместо 50$ нужно оставлять 100$, зато вернут сразу при выселении. В целом, мне не помешали все эти минусы и я отлично провела время в Майами, но в этот отель не вернусь точно.

Шикарный вид из номеров выше 7 этажа! Наслаждались завтраками на террасе, на 5*. Ужин также брали в ресторане, очень вкусно! Пляж шикарный!

悦怡灣酒店坐落在邁阿密海灘，周圍環境不錯，酒店房間還可以，酒店也不亂收費。房費以外，有度假村費。總體不錯。

We’ve had a lovely stay in this hotel, the pool, location and room has been fantastic. The cleanliness is amazing, our room was spotless every day. The pool / alligator bar staff team were friendly and helpful. Food really lovely. The resident huge lizard often came to say hello. Unfortunately though, the team on reception let this place down with their unhelpful and poor attitude. We needed help from reception on two occasions throughout our stay and both times the staff were very rude, unkind and uninterested in helping us. Why can’t people just be kind and friendly? This made us avoid approaching reception for the rest of our stay as it’s not a nice place to be!

Best thing about the hotel by far is the direct access to the beach. The pool area is great, but it’s the beach which is really stunning. There’s also a boardwalk which takes you up/down South Beach. We used the tour desk to buy a few excursions and that worked well. The hotel staff were also helpful with advice and tips. Breakfast was good in the morning, but if you want to eat out we didn’t find a huge choice immediately outside the hotel. There’s a bus/trolley that goes right outside the hotel (as did the open top bus tour), so you can easily travel 5 minutes to where more restaurants seem to be.

I stayed here one night, as my flight was cancelled for two nights to return home from miami. I picked this spot particularly to be close to the beach, and it did meet that criteria. I would say it’s a nice hotel, but the quantity of people in every regard made things less enjoyable. Extremely crowded elevators, extremely crowded pool, and it just felt difficult to come in go. The rooms are just average. If you are coming directly to be on the beach, it’s the spot for you. If you are looking for a more elegant and comfortable room stay, I would say this isn’t the spot for you.

Don't come here!!! The hotel is old, line to get on the elevator, bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom, rooms are small no safety lock on the room door. Hotels does not have entertainment they advertise as if they do but they don't. Bought a beach ball to play in the pool they had a problem with that. Was in the pool area all day no one came to clean my room. Pool is so small. Tv does not work properly. You couldn't pay me to stay here again

There was good and bad things about this hotel. The location on the beach is amazing. The employees are very nice and helpful. The pool attendant closes the towel hut door at least 10 mins before closing time. The pool closes at 7pm, this is too early for guests. The pool was very crowded, there was a family throwing a ball across the pool and none of the employees enforced the no ball throwing rule that is listed on the pool rules bulletin board. At the beach, the umbrellas were removed and take down while guests were still using them. In the room. there is water damage on the door. There is only 1 pillow person. The bed sheets are thin. There is no where to hang wet bathing suits at this “beach resort”. There are not enough towel racks or counter space. The door to the toilet and shower area is see through, with a very poor frosted glass. The valet cannot be reached by phone and there is only space for 1 suitcase. The breakfast buffet is very crowded. I had high hopes for this place and was disappointed.

Clean hotel, recently refurbished with large rooms. Good location straight into the beach, but not much in terms of bars or shops around the hotel, with the main action around 10 mins away in a cab. Pool ok, not as big as it looks on the photos, and a good pool bar area with reasonably priced drinks and food. Stayed for one night only, but had to visit reception 3 times due to keys not working. If you need to hang around the hotel due to late flights, they can hold onto luggage but there isn’t anywhere to get showered or changed.

There were plenty of spots at the pool even though the hotel was sold out. The only problem we had was with the parking. We booked this hotel because there was parking, yes for an additional charge. We didn't have a car the 1st 2 nights but then we had a car on the 3rd night. When we pulled up to the hotel there was a sign "lot was full". We called the front desk and an associate told us there should be a spot for us since we had a room. Turns out there are over 300 rooms but only about 60 paring spots. This was not noted on their website. The parking is a separate vendor, also not noted on their website. The associated should never have given us false information. He should have said parking is a separate vendor you need to check with them regarding the full lot. We wasted time trying to figure it out.
