Ulasan Clinton Hotel South Beach

Location is very very good superclose to south miami beach and all good drinks and food places Amenities are average and room size was good

Hotel is not clean, the carpets not clean and smelly. So hard to open doors in the room and a lot of dust here

All good one of my best place to stay food and staff behaviour is awesome

Problem with AC that was flooding from the up to the flooring, no welcome drink or bottle of water, everything you can find in the room is paid, but the price list is hidden.

The location was really good just a walk away from the beach. However the rooms were not the best, there were cockroaches in the shower, in and on the toilet, on the beds and in the cups. The beds have lost their springs, we sunk into our beds, our toilets were broken and not flushing and it seemed every time we flushed stuff would come up…. It was horrible I would not book here in a hurry. However the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We booked 6 nights, and no one cleaned up 5nights. And so loud outside.

The hotel is not that bad if you want to go to visit Miami Beach. However what always upsets me is the hidden fees. There is a resort fee that is bit really well displayed and this hotel is not a resort. Basically if you stay here for one day the fee will be more expensive than the room rate.

Apart from the lift being a bit old, location was great, very near Miami Beach and there were lots of food options around. Convenience store (CVS) was just a 4min walk away and both room and toilet is very clean and comfortable!

Nice hotel. Clean, good location and lovely friendly staff. Stayed with my girlfriend for the night. We had a great time. Would stay again

The staff at Clinton is amazing and I enjoyed my stay. It is in the middle of all the activities so I strongly recommend you all stay here.

Check in was fast. One lady at the front desk was helpful (Alicia, I think), the other lady was not helpful at all. Hotel is a bit of a maze, asked where my room was the unhelpful lady told me she didn't know. Saw a mouse run across the hall, under a door and into a room as we were searching for our room. Floor tiles were uneven, so we couldn't fully close or fully open our bathroom door. I tried to call the front desk 2 times and there was no answer. The pool and deck area are actually part of the restaurant next door, which could be cool and fun - but not if you are traveling with kids. At checkout, they held our bags for us, which was a nice service. There was a gentleman working and he was recommended a nice local restaurant for dinner.
