Hotel is great. Front desk customer service top notch just the housekeeping department needs work on.

Ottimo Hotel, pulito ed in ottima posizione per girare Miami nelle zone più caratteristiche. Buona anche la colazione, se non vai al mare è il top poichè la zona è ottima tra negozi e collegamenti.

a new experience staying in this hotel with all its features, starting from self checkin and adjustable beds that you can't find in other hotels. the room is quite spacious, clean and close to conveniece stores, restaurants and also the station.

Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

Hotel ini murah dan menjimatkan kos. 10 minit memandu dari pusat bandar. Milik hotel pangsapuri. Tidak ada lobi besar. Ada sambutan hangat. Ia hanya biasa-biasa sahaja, terutamanya berhampiran bandar. Sarapan termasuk dalam harga, tetapi ia hanya begitu-begitu sahaja, dengan mentega kacang pada roti dan sedikit sos manis. Mereka yang mahukan hidangan penuh mungkin sedikit kecewa. Tempat letak kereta di tingkat bawah. Sebaik sahaja kad bilik dileret, pintu pagar tempat letak kereta dibuka. Perasaan keseluruhannya seperti tinggal di pinggir bandar. Harganya tidaklah mahal. Kaca di bilik mandi adalah kegemaran saya. Bersih dan bergaya. Jika anda ingin merasai sedikit lagi fesyen dan kemewahan, anda boleh menambah berpuluh-puluh ringgit untuk tinggal di bandar.
