We made 2 reservations here through booking before going to Milan on a business visit. One of the rooms had a terrace and the other was a Superior room. After a long flight, we arrived at the facility and that's when the problems started. First of all, there is absolutely no staff in front of you. If you do not have a mobile phone and internet, it is not possible to enter the facility. Because they send messages to your mobile phone as soon as you arrive at the facility. Passport information, passport pictures, personal information, city tax payment links... After filling and sending these, they send you the entrance information to the facility in the form of a puzzle. Front door entrance password, main building entrance password and finally room access information. There was no problem with the room with terrace. However, the room they called a superior room was outside the facility and was in the form of an outbuilding where the staff who had previously worked there probably stayed. A dirty area right across the door where the facility's garbage is stored, noisy air conditioning motors on the exterior of the building next door, and the smell of garlic and spicy food for 3 days! Before settling into the facility, we called an official and requested that the room be changed. Because the room we chose through booking was not an outbuilding. The person on the phone stated that there was no other available room in the same facility, this was the room we chose and that change was not possible for 3 days. Half an hour later, the representative came to the facility for the customer who had another problem. Just as we were about to explain the situation, he ran away from there. Right next to the room was an area where company cars were washed, and the sounds of car washing could be heard throughout the day. We had to stay in a place worse than a doghouse for 3 days with the windows and shutters closed. The day after we left the facility, I realized that I had forgotten a shirt in the wardrobe and immediately contacted the facility. I told them that this shirt was valuable and asked them to keep it at the facility. In the message sent the next day, it was written that the shirt could not be found! How could it be? Since the facility staff entered the room to clean after us, the shirt should have been found and left at the facility. But no matter how many messages I sent, it was said that the shirt was not there. Apparently the shirt was stolen by the facility staff! We wrote all these problems we experienced on the booking system. We were asked for a written document about the facility and photographs, if any. I also sent all the photos and details. When Booking contacted the facility about this issue, the facility said that they did not have such an outbuilding style room! So that ridiculous room we stayed in for 3 days actually didn't exist at all in the facility! Booking took sides with the facility and did not offer us a compensatory option and left
