Conveniently located near the Central Station, with a supermarket there for water and fruit. The room facilities are good, but there were no slippers.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was well-designed, fully functional, and had many thoughtful touches. The location is excellent, very close to the Central Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's also a fantastic (Chinese-owned) Italian restaurant nearby. If I visit Milan again, I'd definitely prioritize staying here.

The room is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the kind that gives you furniture inspiration. They provide so many complimentary items, including a full tube of body lotion. The croissants, gummies, and iced lemonade in the lobby downstairs are all delicious. There's also an air-conditioned study room on the basement floor. Highly recommended!

I think the hotel is a bit old, but you can't beat its excellent location – just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's also tucked away on a quiet street, so I had a pretty peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very responsible, and the luggage storage was secure; they put it in a dedicated storage room. My first night, I took the bus from the airport to the city center, and it was very convenient to walk from the train station stop to the hotel. Getting around the city by public bus is easy from here; I remember the metro stop was a bit of a walk. If you stay here, I highly recommend visiting Eataly; it's just one bus ride away, perfect for shopping and grabbing a bite.

The location is super convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk from the train station. The bathroom has a window, so it's well-ventilated. The service is also okay, comparable to the level of a Hanting Hotel in China.

This hotel is super close to Milan Central Station, making its location absolutely excellent and travel very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. There's also an Auchan supermarket nearby. The staff were warm and attentive, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it first for my next trip. There's a seafood pasta place called 'Friends' nearby, which is absolutely delicious!!!

I've stayed at this chain hotel in Rome before. This Milan location offers great value for money, and the single room felt spacious enough. It's very close to the train station, making it convenient to reach attractions by subway. There are also supermarkets nearby and plenty of dining options. There's a small church right across the street. Buses to the airport are readily available next to the train station, with frequent departures.

Had a great experience! The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, and the AC was wonderfully cool. It had all the facilities I needed. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Milan, highly recommend it! The only minor downside was that breakfast was pretty mediocre.

The location is convenient, right near the train station. However, there was some event at the church next door last night – not sure what it was, but it went on really late... The room insulation is terrible, so I couldn't sleep. Since I just needed a place to sleep, I made do with it.

We stayed here 3+1 nights the previous week, great location, they were kind to let us check in early (3nights session). Few minutes walking to Centrale and super market (close at 0900 PM), very easy to commute. Be recommended that the maid could come and clean your room anytime on the check out date, in case you are away. We wend out for coffee and local market in the morning, back to hotel before checkout time (0930 am approx), door was open while the maid was cleaning the room (she didn’t speak English nor we don’t speak Italian too) Informed the front during our check out, but seems it’s nothing for them (we don’t take it serious since our bags were all packed and locked before hand) Please do whatever necessary if you want to go out in the morning before checkout out

Super close to Milan Central Station, and right behind it is a beautiful cathedral. The hotel facilities are brand new, and there's a fantastic pizza place nearby downstairs. The room was small but very functional! I've stayed at other hotels in the area at a similar price point, and none of them compare to this one!
