Overall, it was quite good. The staff were friendly, and it was a decent, reliable stay that didn't disappoint.

The hotel was very clean and also in the heart of Milan. I love staying there the location works so good, but some staff is not really friendly.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

Very close to the central train station, within walking distance. The front desk was great; they let me check in early in the morning. It was clean and tidy, just a tiny bit small. They even provided a complimentary bottle of water, which is quite rare for a European hotel.

Excellent! It's small but has everything you need and is very clean. The front desk staff are polite, and they provide complimentary water daily, along with comfortable toiletries. There's a small chapel nearby where hymns are sung every day, and the hotel's surroundings are very quiet.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the central station, making train travel very convenient. The airport train also stops at the station, taking about 40 minutes. The shuttle bus to the outlet mall is also nearby. The hotel breakfast is quite generous, and there's a church right across from the breakfast room.

This hotel in Milan is absolutely fantastic! My companion and I were both extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, the service is great, and the room was perfect. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in for free, which usually comes with a charge in Europe. The staff was very friendly, the room was a good size with a standard hotel layout. The hotel is conveniently located just 150m from the nearest metro station and 200m from the train station. There's also a decent pizza place downstairs. All in all, it's very convenient.
