Ulasan Best Western Madison Hotel

Friendly receptionist who provided the map of milan and teach us how to get to the metro, good location nearby Milan station and yellow line metro.

Hotel is a bit old but overall a pleasant experience. Upon arrival I was given a room on the 1st floor, and immediately I asked if there was something on a higher floor. The staff was friendly and kind and offered a room on the 4th floor which actually had 3 beds. We walked into the room, the layout felt a bit odd and uncomfortable, so we asked the staff if we could take a look at the original room. Staff remained friendly and helpful, and we ended up going back to the 1st floor room which was much more comfortable. Room while a bit old, was still on the neat/clean side. Only issue I had was the thermostat which was possessed and kept increasing so it was boiling hot until I turned off everything, but then the room became stuffy.

Good location, about a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The room was fine, but really cold. Getting an extra blanket was no trouble though. Staff were friendly enough, although one morning the housekeepers did enter our room even when the ‘Do not Disturb’ sign was up.

The hotel is near Milan Central Station and metro stations. The room and bathroom are spacious enough. Complimentary mineral water and body cream are provided. City Tax is required to pay at check-out. The receptionist allowed me to check in earlier and explained about the use of lifts and room card in details. The hotel was under construction during my stay, but there was no audible noise.

The location is the best. The route from Linete Airport to Jungang Station is convenient and cheap, but the restaurant in this hotel is also good. However, since there is no desk and no place to enjoy coffee easily, you have to head to the station, which is also good because Jungang Station is a department store with good restaurants. Overall facilities are not the best, but they are not inconvenient. However, the fact that there is not enough place to rest and does not provide simple drinks is different from other Best Westerners in Milan. The cleanliness and quiet environment are excellent even though they are near Jungang Station. The hotel's elevator is very narrow and slow, so it is good to keep in mind, and water is provided only on the first day of stay, which is a very stingy part.

Great location, close to train station, clean, and modern style design, very friendly staff, gave me earlier check-in as the room prepared. I appreciate that.

Service of the receptionist is great! She is so friendly and checked us in and out very smoothly. Air control panel is very hard to understand and it is not functioning very well. Mildred found on the grouting in the shower cubicle and the ceiling light above it was not working. Would like to have tooth brush included as it is a four star hotel and also to add one more panel for chargers next to the bed. Location is good a few minutes walk to the central central where you can eat a lot of kinds of food and also to access other places.
