We had Lolf top, but not surprice me. Overall is clean and nice room.

Really happy with hotel, location brilliant. We didn’t book breakfast but wish we did, we stayed on a Saturday night and struggled to find breakfast on the Sunday. So would recommend doing this

We were to stay 4 nights at Hotel Canada, but unfortunately my husband became ill the day before we arrived and we determined it was in his best interest to return home to the USA. Upon checking in at Hotel Canada, we informed the front desk personnel that we were able to change our flights home and we would only be staying 1 night. Even though we had a non-refundable rate, we were hoping that due to a medical emergency, we would be able to receive a refund (or partial refund) for the 3 nights we did not stay at the hotel. We explained the circumstances of my husband’s medical situation both verbally and in an email, as directed by Lesley at the front desk. We were then informed that a medical certificate would be necessary from my husband’s doctor which would be forwarded to the administrative office to make the determination of our request for a refund. Upon our return home, my husband obtained a letter from his doctor outlining his medical issue, which we emailed to Hotel Canada. The next day we were informed that our refund request was denied by the administrative office. This was very disappointing. We vacated the room and the hotel incurred no further expense on our behalf. As my husband was ill and we needed to fly home, even though our booking was non-refundable, I hoped for some empathy and at least a partial refund. We feel the administrative office truly lacks compassion and caring for their customers. Other comments - the A/C was not working and it was at least 85 degrees in our room. We had to sleep with the window open and we could definitely hear the street noise. The front desk was to make arrangements for a driver to pick us up at the hotel and take us to MXP. This did not occur and we had to arrange for a taxi, which caused a significant delay in our arrival to the airport. There was also major road construction which further delayed our arrival (only 1 hour before flight was to leave). Fortunately we did not have checked bags and the flight was delayed so we did not have an issue boarding the flight. We had spent a month in France and Italy before arriving in Milan and had a very enjoyable experience everywhere. The indifference by Hotel Canada ended our trip on a very negative note. If you are booking a stay at this hotel, be sure you have a refundable rate and inquire if the A/C is operational and get a confirmation of any transportation in writing.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel from October 10 to 12 and unfortunately due to the heating system problem we were not able to sleep for two nights straight. We brought this up to the front desk attention but all they said was that they are aware of the problem with the heating system and have reported it to their maintenance team. We were very tired and we were very hot and my daughter has asthma, so unfortunately that made her feel very sick the entire time and the heating was making her feeling very warm and hot uncomfortable almost as if somebody is running a fever. They do not have air conditioning on and if the heating system was not having an issue, they had the option to turn of the heating system which unfortunately that was broken too which made it a living hell for us while we were there. The area was not safe either and the breakfast was below average. Not staying here anymore.

Stayed two nights bed and breakfast. Room was clean and modern, staff were friendly and h e helpful. Area is convenient, it was only 10 minutes walking to the Duomo. Area is busy, but we had no trouble with traffic noise. Thetr are plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants within a few mi s walk, particularly on Corso Italia. If arriving by car, there is a parking garage just behind it, Eur 20 for 24 hours special guest rate not bad for the area.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast including interesting cakes/croissants, selection of hot food and fruit skewers. Room a little darker than photos but cool and very clean. Walkable to Duomo or tram, bus and metro are close (depending on direction you want). Not cheap but no hotels in Mikan in high season are.

We spent two nights and enjoyed it immensely. Comfortable hotel, close to the center of Milan (about 15 minutes walk to the cathedral) and about 10 minutes walk to the metro station. The room is spacious and comfortable, bathroom very comfortable, basic but good breakfast.

I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed .Stuff was very friendly , room clean, towels were changed every day breakfast very good. Excellent location- just 20 minutes by foot to Duomo and Naviglio Public transport-5 minutes from hotel Hope to come back again.
