fantastic location that is super close to Duomo, probably 2 mins walking distance. Staff was super nice when we came early for check in and in need of a freshen up. the only flaw I would say is the entrance as if you came back using a transportation, like taxi, it will have to stop somewhere close rather than your hotel's doorstep. Not too much of a problem for me though.

Great hotel right in the centre of Milan. Just a couple of minutes walk to Duomo, Galleria, metro and tram services. My room was really clean with good decor. There was an expresso machine, kettle, with tea and coffee. When I arrived there was a welcome pack with juice water and chocolate. Staff were friendly and cheerful. Slept very well in comfortable bed. The only minus was that early in the night there was noise from road cleaning vehicles outside, but has to be expected in such a central location. I would definitely stay here again. Recommend.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Milan Cathedral in the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very complete. The staff were warm and hospitable, making it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

The location was great, but the staff's English wasn't perfect. However, we were able to communicate eventually, so overall I was satisfied.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for shopping in the city center, but it had two major problems: First, the hygiene was poor; we found unseen black spots on the comforter while sleeping. Second, the front desk was frequently offline, and we couldn't reach anyone to check out. However! Ctrip's service was excellent; they helped us contact the hotel.

The location, environment, facilities, and size of this guesthouse are relatively satisfactory. The only drawback is the limited hot water supply; if one person takes a long time to shower, the hot water will run out.

The location is great, right in the shopping street behind Milan Cathedral. Don’t worry after shopping, the loot will be sent directly back to the hotel! The environment is great and the indoor environment is very designed

The hotel was beyond imagination. We were given a large suite. It was great to live in a room of over 100 square meters less than 200 meters from Milan Cathedral!

The location is right in the city center, a 5-minute walk to Milan Cathedral, and there is a shopping street downstairs. The room is very design-conscious. The bed is big and the bathroom is spacious. Recommended.

A very beautiful hotel with a strong sense of art, good service, clean and hygienic. There is a store downstairs with a lot of food and shopping. I will book this hotel again next time.

This hotel is twice as expensive as the one near the station, but it is not worth it at all. The heating didn’t work at night and it was very cold. The WiFi was not working well and was intermittent. The door was suddenly opened by the front desk when I was in the room, which was not safe. Should Chinese tourists avoid it? It is best not to come to Italy, the experience is too bad. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in Europe. The heating didn’t work at night and WiFi was unstable. Most stunning thing was that the room gate was unlocked when I stayed inside!

The hotel is on the pedestrian street next to Milan Cathedral, very close to Milan Cathedral and the arcades. Special praise for the hotel service. When I checked out at 8 a.m., my phone accidentally fell from the crack of the elevator door to the bottom of the elevator shaft. The front desk immediately contacted the engineer to handle it. But since I had to catch a flight to France, I had to leave a phone number with the hotel and wait for the result. Then on the way to the airport, I received a call from the hotel telling me that the phone had been picked up and could be used normally. I thought that Italians tend to be more Buddhist, so this kind of thing might be delayed, but I didn't expect it to be so efficient. Like 👍
