Ulasan B&B Hotel Milano Portello

Great location of the hotel a few minutes walk from citylife. Simple and clean structure, some rooms a little dated. Good value for money.

Generally All was great, first room was abit old and air condition was not cold. However the staff, assisted us well and we changed to another newer room. From what I heard they are upgrading the rooms.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful

The hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly and can speak English.

Rooms facing the main road outside of the 🏨 can be noisy from time to time. Superior room signle room is spacious. Did not try the breakfast. Not recommend to try as 🏨 is adjacent to many restaurants.

Clean and tidy room, friendly location

The hotel was good in general, but there was a problem with me when checking in, as I had a pre-paid online reservation for two nights for a twin room, when I arrived and showed the reservation to the receptionist called Angelo he told me yes there is a reservation in your name for two nights for a double room but you have to pay 200€, so I told him that I had paid in advance through the visa, and that was indicated in the reservation! He said, "I can't hand you the room without paying, which forced me to wait an hour in the reception hall - and I was tired - until I obtained the electronic payment receipt and an account statement from my bank account showing the date of payment and the beneficiary." And when I showed him the documents, he was forced to hand me the room, and he claimed that a mistake had occurred with him and there was a similarity with another reservation with the same first name, the same number of nights and the number of beds for another person, but he was not paid!! Note: My name is rare in my country, so how in Italy!

Все отлично. Рядом две станции метро. Дружелюбные сотрудники на ресепшен. Отличный завтрак.

前台很熱情，房間也很大但是床比較小，衞生間有乾濕分離，總的來説還是很滿意的，離地鐵站稍微有一點遠，但是附近有很多小店可以坐一下

ミラノでスポーツ観戦した際に宿泊させて頂きました。 フロントのスタッフの方が、本当に丁寧に受付して下さいました😊 お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。１つ残念だったのは浴室の排水溝が詰まっていて、シャワーを浴びている時水が溜まってしまった事です💦しかし、それ以外は水回りも問題なく綺麗に使えました! 朝食もパンの種類が豊富で、美味しく頂けました。 地下鉄やミラノ中央駅からも近く、ロケーションも本当に良かったと思います。 ホテルのフロントの所にお水やお菓子、サンドイッチ等、軽食も購入する事ができるので夜遅い時間に帰った時も本当に便利でした☺︎

酒店前台服務態度非常好，雖然鬧了幾個烏龍，但很快就解決了。酒店本身不提供水。房間臨街，沒有想想中安靜，但還可以。酒店暖氣非常足！酒店公共休息區很舒適。

門口就有車直達火車站，或者威尼斯島 還是非常便捷的

連鎖酒店，房間很乾凈，旁邊就是FIERA MILANO CITY，邊上就是PORTELLO地鐵站，走路去LOTTO地鐵站10分鐘，去市中心跟方便。 停車收費，一天忘了是15還是18歐，但前台大叔特別熱情地幫忙找了個説是警察叔叔不會貼牌的位置；酒店不提供免費瓶裝水，大叔又給送了兩瓶。怒省20歐，不好評都不好意思啦。
