Alexandros Village

Travelled from Canada to Greece, and specifically Milos. We had taken the ferry from Naxos to Milos, where the Alexandros Village hotel arranged port to hotel transportation, which was very useful. They had a gorgeous, clean room waiting for us, and also wine! They explained the Island to us, the attractions, gave recommendations on food, and also helped us set up a car rental. The actual hotel is very pretty and well-maintained. Lots of levels, so if stairs are difficult for you, I would beware. However, we found it gave a nice touch to see the different levels all lite up. The hotel is family run and the breakfast, which is yummy, is provided by the Mother. Lots of stray cats, mostly friendly (one did scratch me but I suppose it was my fault for petting it). When we were staying here there were a lot of youths (age 12-16 or 17) staying at the hotel, and in Milos in general. I believe some sort of tournament may have been on. The beds are firm, to the point of uncomfortably hard for my one friend. However, I thought it was fine. Quiet and dark rooms, easy to sleep. Provide little slippers for indoors, always fresh towels. I would recommend.

Excellent hospitality provided by the family who owns the hotel. Free transportation provided from and to sea port! Nice rooms and views. Have no suggestions to complaints! Loved it!

The staff was incredible, particularly Maria in the breakfast area. She was such a pleasure to talk to every morning. The transportation was also unbeatable and the rooms were beautiful! Highly recommend.

Perfect location only 5-minute drive outside of Adamas and a short drive to many must see spots in Milos. Plaka, Klima, Sarakinito, Mandrakia, Firopotamos… and easy access to go north and south sides of Milos. We loved the family run village, we had a spacious room with TV, fridge, hairdryer and full toiletry amenities. Thank you, George and Alexandros, for helping us book our car rental, making recommendations for the island and helping with our heavy luggage. A special thanks to Maria and friend Maria whom we looked forward to seeing every morning for breakfast. They were so welcoming treating us like family and they were so sweet and funny keeping up with our caffein needs and serving us a delicious breakfast every morning. Coffee, Milk, tea, Greek yogurt, mixed nuts, hard boiled eggs, cereals (uh hu, uh hah, uh hu?), fruit jams and honey, turkey and cheese sandwiches, Savory & sweet croissants, bread, including muti grain options, Spinach pie, chocolate cake, fresh fruits and other delicious sweet treats. The village is set on a hill side with beautiful gardens with some steps. We enjoyed the refreshing pool one day and sunset view from pool area. There is a supermarket within walking distance. Thank you for your warm hospitality & we wish to return one day soon! * Must to a boat tour around the island. Do not miss Kleftiko and Poliegos blue lagoon by Kimolos * We considered staying in Pollonia (north) but the location near Adamas is better to exploring the island. Milos was our favorite place on a 19-day island hopping trip that included Santorini, Paros & Mikonos.

I stayed there with my family for five days. The room was very clean and the breakfast amazing! The swimming pool was very nice as well. Special thanks to the reception for their kindness and hospitality!!

Lovely hotel with amazing people. Everyone was so kind and helpful. George at the front desk gave us a map and explained all the best beaches and his favourite restaurants. The room was always clean and tidy. Had 2 amazing ladies at breakfast. Hotel was great.

Beautiful, fantastic service, situated centrally to everything while still being in a quiet location. Family owned, all of the staff were fantastic. Got wonderful recommendations on the beaches, restaurants, etc.

Great hotel only 5 min from Adamantas. Our room was big, bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The owner (George) was extremely helpful and helped us with everything we needed. They also offer free transfers to/from the port, which is a plus. The only lowlight is that the breakfast was a bit too simple. No cheese, cold cuts or cooked eggs, but this didn’t impact our overall experience. Would definitely come back!
