My wife and I arrived around 4:30pm, Friday August 11th. Staying for 2 nights, going to the Ed Sheeran concert on Saturday night at the U.S. Bank stadium. We just drove right to the Leamington parking ramp, the entrance located pretty much across the street from the hotels main entrance. If you had a lot of luggage, there is a small pull off spot just in front of the hotel. We walked our stuff over to the hotel. Check in was great. The young woman and young man working the front desk at that time were super nice and friendly. Very helpful with the questions I had too. Everyone that we ran into from the hotel were very nice to us. Including the staff working the breakfast area. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Overlooking a small controlled parking area. Our room looked good, and smelled good. It was very clean. The room, along with hotel itself, appeared to be in very good shape. It really did not look like a very old property. And if it was old, they have been taking very good care of it. Everything in our room worked well. There was a microwave, a mini fridge, a Keurig machine, and a safe. The shower worked very well. Plenty of hot water. The shower spray was very, very, strong. The room wasn’t the quietest I have ever been in. Breakfast was much, much better than expected. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, the breakfast sausages, and the eggs were better than most hotels. Again for me, the breakfast really worked. We did not move our car out of the ramp for the duration of our visit. About a day and a half’s worth of time. Total cost was $21 dollars. Not bad. We walked everywhere, or took the light rail to get around. The government light rail station was not that far of straight shot walk from the hotel. Easy to use the ticket machines. We did check out via my cell phone, and bypassed visiting one more time with the front desk clerk. We had a great 2 night stay, and if there was a need, and the price was right as it was this time, I would certainly return.
