Service was excellent. Special shoutout to Wesley (concierge) who took the extra effort to show us where to collect our taobao orders as they had delivered the items to a pickup point near the hotel instead of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great - linked directly to Amall and Erqi food street. Also a short didi ride away from MixC mall and Walmart.

臨時決定貴州最後一站是貴陽，看了一圈酒店都普遍漲價不少，好像桔子全季這些都上千了，而作為五星級的貴州飯店其實價格還算公道的，畢竟我臨時訂肯定溢價更高，我果斷訂這裏，結果也不會失望，網評説服務很差，其實除了前台確實服務一般，甚至有點冷之外，其他所有工作人員都很熱情，特別是行李生特別陽光燦爛，一直給我介紹遊玩路線，非常感激。
房間雖然很小，但衞生很好，一塵不染讓人很放心。礦泉水也是無限量供應，這是第一家我覺得很大方的酒店，任何角落都擺放着免費礦泉水，完全不用擔心口渴。點贊👍
早餐品種不算多，但最值得表揚的是時間到11點，我們這些晚起的懶人就很歡喜。
退房也不會催，其他酒店除非我主動提出要延遲退房，否則一到12點就各種催，這裏我待到1點都沒人管，實在太放鬆了。
酒店有室內恆温游泳池，乒乓球室，桌球室和健身房。
如果有朋友來貴陽，我還會推薦貴州飯店，真正的大酒店。

This hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve visited several times now, and every stay has been consistently wonderful. The service is always friendly, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere just makes you feel relaxed and taken care of.
I recommend this place to everyone — friends, family, coworkers — because I know they’ll love it just as much as I do. I’ll definitely be back again in the future. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Downtown Novotel Guiyang. Special shout out to the front desk staffs Bubble, Kino and 3 more. They did their best to accommodate my requests throughout my 1 week stay there. Especially Bubble she helped me get my cold medicine when I was unwell. I'll come back to stay if ever I'm there. Also it's location was quite centralised.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. In the evening you can stroll around the lively area nearby for food and drinks.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Zhaoxing with an amazing view on the entire village and the surroundings. The hotel seems newly renovated, everything was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rains in the days preceding our stay, the water in the swimming pool caught some algae and they had to take it out, clean the pool, and refill it again, which is why we couldn't make use of it during our stay (we only stayed for two days). That was a bit unfortunate as the entire swimmingpool area is incredibly beautiful and with the summer heat it would have been nice to do a swim after the hikes. But all the rest was absolutely wonderful. We actually stayed there on the day of my birthday and the hotel organized a wonderful birthday cake for me and even decorated the room. It was amazing and I would like to thank the staff again for their kindness. Our arrangement included the afternoon tea and the breakfast, both of them delicious and generous. Breakfast included the typical Chinese soups, rice, etc. while also offering Western style bread, marmelade, butter and lots of fruits. What merits a special mention is the outdoor bath tub directly on the balcony. Every evening they prepared the bath tub with special bathing oils and taking a bath right before going to sleep on our outdoor terrace was a sheer delight! We will remember it as a very special place, with incredibly nice and kind people. Thank you for having made this stay so special for us!

Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor.
Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife .
Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff .
Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

We recently stayed at Kepinski Hotel Guiyang for two nights.We enjoyed our family themed room layout, nice and clean, with children themed design and a play tent, slide, etc. They provided a nice breakfast, which is a diverse buffet, Chinese and western mix. Staff are super warm and friendly. The greatest provision from the hotel is service; they always ask you if you need anything and then they provide what you require. There is a restaurant I have to highly recommend because the food is tasty, presented like art, and staffs serve you like a VIP. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available due to renovation at the time we stayed.

SSansanTou33For those of us used to living in big cities and tall buildings, it was surprising to see our daughter love this B&B so much the first time. The village, the beautiful natural scenery, the comfortable and clean room, made us want to stay in bed every day. The breakfast was also delicious! It was truly relaxing! Although we encountered some problems every day, the front desk staff was very patient and polite in helping us. Thank you so much! I really didn't want to leave! I look forward to staying here again.

俄俄罗斯美女I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

AAnonymous UserThis is the fourth Pullman I've stayed at after Fuzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. The hardware is decent, but the service feels a bit subpar.
Facilities: The front desk upgraded me to an executive room, and the turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was very spacious.
Hygiene: Very meticulous, no issues inside the room.
Environment: The public area on the first floor is quite different from other Pullmans; it has a 'local Chinese hotel' vibe, with many shops, which makes it feel a bit cheap and noisy.
Service: No one helped with luggage. The concierge service was very poor. When checking in, I was reminded to use the last four digits of my phone number for robot delivery of takeout. However, when I ordered takeout, the concierge was inflexible and said the phone number on the delivery slip didn't match. Firstly, the delivery phone number might be a virtual number. Secondly, guests shouldn't have to disclose all their phone numbers, right? Even after the delivery person provided the phone number, they still wouldn't send it up to the room.
There were many tour groups, and the hotel's fitness floor seems to be outsourced, leading to a mixed bag of people.
The location is average, too close to the train station, and there's no scenery to speak of nearby.

First of all, the service is excellent. After contacting the housekeeper in advance, they will give some arrival suggestions and dining recommendations. They are written in detail and basically answer all questions! After we arrived that day, three little brothers came down the mountain to help us with our luggage (we had 6 suitcases). Thank you very much. It was very hot that day, but they acted super quickly. Thank you very much! ! !
The scenery in the room is really good, and there is also a large viewing platform upstairs in the hotel. You don’t have to go to the scenic viewing platform to squeeze in people. I am super satisfied! At night, we took pictures there and there were lights (I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or every day, it can be said that it’s a huge production)
At night, because we had a lot of people to play cards, the hotel also provided us with a venue in the breakfast room. I was touched and experienced the special rice wine at night. It tasted good! Although we didn't get up for breakfast, they still packed some for us, which was really thoughtful. When we checked out, they also helped us take our luggage down the mountain. If your flight is too early that you can’t be able to take the free shuttle, you still can walk to the airport in 10 minutes time which 400m away

GGuest UserService: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂.
Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀.
P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!

You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.

HHeidouguluThis hotel, part of the scenic area's own accommodations, was my top choice for its excellent aesthetics, prime location, and best value for money. The check-in experience was fantastic; I had a great view of the river and terraced fields right from my window. The double-layered windows provided excellent soundproofing. Both the radiator and air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room warm. The bathroom was spacious, and hot water was readily available. Unfortunately, I injured my tailbone just before leaving, and the owner kindly drove me to the village entrance.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

SShenianxingdayun。Excellent stay! The location is super convenient, easy to find, and not far from the subway station. It's also really close to places like the North Railway Station and Qianling Mountain. The hotel's location is truly superior – nowhere feels too far away. The entrance is quite prominent, and the meals are plentiful. Very satisfied. They also have a dedicated parking lot. The facilities are brand new. This is the most convenient, cleanest, and reasonably priced hotel I've stayed at in Guiyang so far. After checking out, they even helped us store our luggage, saving us the hassle of dragging it around. A very comfortable stay overall.
