Hotel Miraflores dengan Gim

The staff is always welcoming and kind. This in my 5th time in this hotel and definetly will be back whenever coming to Lima. Ocean view rooms are amazing the rest too small. Delicious food in all restaurants, roof top has a nice view and a great atmosphere to be in.

Amazing experience at the Miraflores Park Belmond in Lima!! Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is located in a very beautiful and safe part of Lima. Well-maintained property. Excellent jogging and walking paths nearby with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Great breakfast offering by the pool on the roof deck. Superb food for lunch or dinner at the Tragaluz restaurant on the property. In-room dining and both restaurants were very accommodating with regards to complex dietary restrictions. Beautiful bar in the lobby with live instrumental music. Arranged all of our tours and guides and transportation with the hotel, and the arrangements were flawless. Best of all, the staff were FANTASTIC! It was the kind of “yes is the answer, and now what is the question” kind of service - friendly, professional, efficient, and very courteous! It has a different name on Google Maps so I thought our booking got mixed up. The location is good, 10-15 min walking distance to major Miraflores attractions. There are a number of good coffee shops and restaurants around the area too. Check-in was breezy. Our one-bedroom looked outdated, there was no electric kettle, no minibar, nor complimentary water. Do not book a taxi through the hotel, it is 30 soles more expensive than booking it through another 3rd party booking app.

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

Podría ser mejor si hubieran permitido que cenemos en el Restaurant pidiendo de la carta más la comida que habíamos traído de fuera. No lo permitieron y tuvimos que ir al piso 6. Después el desayuno buffet todo bien.

AWFUL hotel RUN away from this place. We arrived at 2am and had no choice but to stay the first night because of how late it was but we immediately left in the morning. To start, the room and facilities are DIRTY and look nothing like the photos. The carpet turned my 2 year olds hands, feet, and knees BLACK and turned my feet BLACK with dust, dirt, and hair. The room is dark, outdated, and the walls and carpet is a whole different color. The pool is a joke. The “gym” wasn’t even open and it was 1 machine anyway. The room is so dirty and smells like mold. The sheets smelled like dirty greasy hair and there was pieces of male and female hair in the bed and in the bathroom there was a dirty used shaving razor. The breakfast was nasty and the staff was very rude to us. During a pandemic especially they should not be selling a dirty room to people who paid a lot of money.. this place should be shut down.

Estuvimos hospedados mi esposo , mi hija que cumplía sus 15 años y yo , solo me queda palabras de agradecimiento al Hotel y al grupo humamo que labora en el , ya que se preocuparon por cada detalle en la habitación , en el desayuno y nos hicieron vivir una experencia inolvidable . Sin duda volveriamos y lo recomendaremos .

Having had an all night flight, the Hotel receptionist checked us in as soon as possible. The lobby is beautiful, we felt safe leaving our luggage in a secured area to go and enjoy a delicious breakfast down the street, while our rooms were being prepared. All the staff members were very kind, helpful, professional and had informative suggestions on places to visit. Breakfast, was included in our package, the selections were delicious and if you wanted to order your eggs prepared differently, they took care of that too. The room service selections seemed good, we enjoyed eating at the many different restaurants so we never used the room service. Wifi, works well in the lobby and in the rooms. The pillows, linen, towels and bedroom decorations were great! We felt very safe going out in the evening for dinner or a late night snack.

This hotel Radisson Decapolis Miraflores is located a couple blocks from the sea/beach/parks in Miraflores Lima, great location. Can see the ocean from our room. We are here for 6 nights and 2 nights remaining. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Facilities are clean and updated. Thank you to Karem, Karen, Enrique, everyone at breakfast (great job 👏), and special thank you to Claudio H. for keeping our room perfect every day, fantastic job! Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.
