Location is excellent, lots of great restaurants and bars very close to hotel.  Very nice relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, staff were very friendly and good at their job, well done! Definitely book this hotel again.

It was a bit expensive for a hostel. Maybe it was a weekend. Not only female room. But good privacy around bed. Wash rooms are shared female and male.

We had a lovely break, room clean and well maintained, and all staff were very friendly, and eager to help with queries. Great location next to the EPIC museum and we had a riverside view that we watched for ages. I would recommend to others wanting a hotel as a starting point to access lots of Dublin life, and near to bus stops etc for those with more limited mobility. Brilliant location if catching a ferry back to the UK and car parking fees are discounted.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop. The breakfast was decent, at least enough to fill you up. The front desk service was also fine; after I checked out, they helped me store my luggage, which made my trip a lot easier.

Nice, cosy hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast! The room was clean - not very big, but it had everything needed, plus a nice view. The air conditioning was really helpful; it would’ve been quite difficult to sleep with the windows open, given the busy roads right outside. The bathroom is small but ergonomic. A real downside is the bathroom door - it’s made of glass and basically useless, as it’s not soundproof at all.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

The apartment is the same as the Ctrip picture. The store has opened a sofa bed according to the application requirements, which is practical. The next day was the weekend, and the store was not open when we left in the morning. According to the instructions in the store's room, we put the key in the box at the door of the office and left.

This was an okay hotel. My main complaint is the initial cleanliness. There was so much dust everywhere, one of towels was badly stained, the shower had mold, and the bed sheet had some stains. Honestly I was disgusted. One thing to note is that if you are staying less than 7 days your room does not get cleaned. You have to pay extra for cleaning. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good (maybe not worth the 14 euro extra fee per day). The location was great, walking distance from the canal where there are many restaurants and shops. The room is very small but does have all of the amenities needed if you are staying for an extender period of time and want to cook (though I am not sure about laundry service for clothes) Personally I will not book this chain again mainly due to the cleanliness and I prefer a hotel where the room is cleaned/re-stoked daily.

Having stayed at Staycity in Edinburgh and Glasgow last year and been impressed, I booked them again for my trip to Ireland, but was very disappointed this time. The hotel's location is convenient, right in Dublin city center, within walking distance of Trinity College, Ha'penny Bridge, Temple Bar, and other attractions. However, the room was extremely small compared to other Staycity hotels I've stayed in before. I booked a room with a double bed and a single bed, but the single bed was actually a sofa bed. Once it was pulled out, there was no room to even walk through the aisle. Furthermore, the room wasn't clean; the sofa and spare pillows were covered in hair.
