Heating didn’t work in room but they fixed it once asked, bathroom door wouldn’t remain closed. This appears to be a hotel for workmen as there are signs everywhere not to wear work boots to bedrooms , signs again in bar and dining room, location great, hotel a bit shabby. Not a couples hotel but grand if your a builder looking to put your head down for the night

Considering the price, the room was elegant and luxurious, and it was very spacious with a sofa. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. The bar on the lower floor was quite spacious with a courtyard, and it was a good place to relax and enjoy a Guinness beer. As for the location, it is about a 10-minute walk from Grafton Street, the downtown area of ​​Dublin, and about a 17-18-minute walk from the Molly Malone statue, which is the meeting point for sightseeing tours. A taxi from Dublin Airport to the hotel cost 31 euros, and an early morning taxi ride to Dublin Airport cost 30 euros (both excluding tips).

I stayed at the Clayton Hotel Galway recently and found the hotel itself to be comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was decent, offering a reasonable selection. However, the location is quite far from Galway’s main train and bus stations, which made getting into the city centre less convenient without a car. Public transport options are limited, so you may need to rely on taxis or long walks if you don’t have your own transport. This hotel is better suited for those attending events nearby or travelling by car rather than visitors wanting easy access to Galway city centre.

My freshly adult son was traveling alone to Dublin for school, so I booked him a transitional room for one night. He arrived in the morning, before the official check-in time, but the hotel allowed him to store his luggage and told him he could check in at 3 PM. He then went out to explore the area. On his way back to the hotel, he got caught in a heavy downpour and was completely drenched. As he sat in the lobby, feeling helpless, a staff member kindly approached him and asked if he'd like to go to his room then. Upon receiving an affirmative answer, they promptly helped him with an early check-in. Knowing he had to go to school the next day, they also thoughtfully assisted him in booking a taxi. I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel staff for taking care of my son. They provided such considerate care and attention to a young adult who was feeling lost and overwhelmed on his first day in a foreign country. I always trust Hilton's century-old quality and their attentive service to every guest. I also wish the kind staff good health and smooth work! Thank you very much!

The hostel is ok for a night, but keep in mind it is very loud as there is a bar in the lobby that goes on untill 11pm or later even on weekdays. And there is no quite place if you need to be on an online meeting - no kitchen or common room except for the reception/bar. Other than that, the room was quite fine. Several of the toilet doors were malfunctioning.

The room size wasn't particularly large, which is to be expected in Europe, so I was prepared for that. However, there were plenty of hooks and storage spaces, so it worked out fine. The bathroom was a reasonable size overall, and I could move around comfortably in the shower. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the airport shuttle stop, and there are two large supermarkets nearby. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was basic but they provided hot water, which was a nice touch.

Pro’s - new hotel so it was very clean and trendy. Great shower pressure. Location is pretty good. Breakfast is great but very busy so a lot of the product runs out quick, more hot options would be good. Con’s - the men working on the counters weren’t too friendly or welcoming upon arrival. no coffee station in room, they have these located in the ‘galley’ which is just sachet coffee, for the room price I think that a simple coffee machine would be appreciated by all guests.

Really Good Hotel, the Room was Quite and big. The Recepcionsits were really Friendly. They Clean the Room everyday. The Location is Great, really close from the Train Station and the Phoenix Park.

Good location! Near airport bus stop, so travelling to/from airport was super easy and quick! Staff were friendly! Complimentary drink at the lobby was a plus! Tesco behind the hotel was accessible and provides a lot of necessities and snacks! Good experience and will definitely stay in this hotel when I come to Dublin next time!
