I have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room. Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question. I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.

We were told to phone Quality Inn after picking up our luggage at Airport. Told that the Quality Inn shuttle bus would be there in 15 minutes. Shuttle bus driver took us to the wrong Quality Inn (Toronto Airport). Receptionist told us we were on the wrong Quality Inn Shuttle. Driver did not ask us which quality inn we were to go to. Driver said his name was William. He questioned why he should give me his name The hotel where we booked did not answer their telephone. Tried several times and held the line for several minutes each time, trying to arrange a shuttle to the Quality Inn on Ambler Drive Had to take shuttle bus back to the airport and were instructed to try calling the Inn again at airport. We were luckily to see the other Quality Inn shuttle at the airport Asked receptionist why they did not state that there were 4 quality inn shuttles buses. Her response was that I should phone ahead and ask which shuttle I should be on. (Really, I was to know that how many buses they have running to airport!!??). Told her she should stress the address every time a person calls for a shuttle. I was told again that I should have phoned ahead to find out which shuttle. Asked if I should phone ahead to find out how many airports are in Toronto. Her response was that there is only one The Room; - Moldly smelling hallways - Damaged bath tubs. Photo attached - Moldy caulking around bath. Photo attached - Bathroom had a poorly completed patch around vent fan, photo attached - Patio door was open, we were on ground level. It was difficult getting the door to slide closed

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its proximity to the airport made my travel seamless. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the convenience was unmatched, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Room was clean. Check out process was quick and easy. Couldn't ask for more

泳池關閉，順帶泳池淋浴房，一樓製冰機不能用，水和食物都收費，不過健身房有個飲水機，就是不知道有沒有過濾，有收費洗衣房和免費班車（不強制小費），主要是因為停車15刀一天才選的酒店。附近沒啥吃的，沒車衹能叫外賣或者吃酒店的微波爐食物，每個房間都有微波爐和空的冰箱，然後就是沒有拖鞋（好像美洲沒有一個酒店有一次性拖鞋的），酒店只有晚上7-9提供早餐。司機印度口音很重，T3接去酒店現在39號柱子，41號有970號另一家holiday inn的車，別上錯，打電話之後司機才會來，等了半小時才到，這家是5599 ambler。去機場班車要提前預訂，20分鐘一班，6-10個人左右，車上跳了兩個黃燈，一個引擎，還有個忘了。

The hotel is old but the rooms are big and spacious. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff was friendly. Free parking. Dennys was on site, which was nice. The pool has a huge water slide.

My experience at the hotel was rather underwhelming. A disappointing discovery was strands of hair in the bathtub upon arrival. Even more troubling was the tub drain, which was completely detached and merely resting at the bottom of the tub. I had to screw it back in place myself. The plumbing had its own dramatics; when activated, the tub's faucet would abruptly jolt out, exposing the pipes. This situation escalated on my second day when the faucet decided to detach completely and launched itself to the back of the tub. Despite reporting these issues, the hotel staff did not address them. The pillows provided were disappointingly thin, requiring a stack of four to achieve minimal comfort. On a positive note, the food served was the highlight of my stay. However, I would not consider staying here again.

Although our check-in went very smoothly, there were very few parking spots with very tight fits. There’s trash everywhere behind the building making it even more challenging to park. Sia at the front desk was really helpful in this regard. On or return however there were several challenges. We called the hotel for the shuttle at 11:01 PM (which operates on demand) and we were told that it would arrive “shortly”. The hotel is less than five minutes from the airport, especially at that time of night. After waiting for 20 minutes we attempted to call the front desk 13 times to inquire about the shuttle delay to make sure there was no confusion and no one answered. Our call went to an automated recording about car rentals. The shuttle finally arrived approximately eight minutes later, so about 29 minutes after our initial call, when we were told it would arrive “shortly”. We arrive at the hotel, check-in, go up to the room and the first thing we notice was the handle of the door to the room was twisted but not quite broken yet. We proceed inside to find that the AC and TV don’t work and there isn’t a lightbulb on one of the bedside tables. At this point, it’s well past midnight. However, we call the front desk and although the AC issue was remedied, the TV problem was not. In the morning, I go to have a shower and the water drizzled out of the shower-head. The entire night was a disaster. I would never return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I checked in for 2 nights and there was an issue with their check in computer, so the front desk person went in to the back to check me in and then said ”Oh I can't give you a key as the computer is down”. I asked if I could get a mobile key, but was told you can't do that once you have checked in. If I had known I would have done the mobile check in, or they could have just told me before she went into the back. Then she wanted me to go up to my room with one of the guys who was hanging around the front desk. I told her twice I was not doing that, she agreed to take me up to open the room for me. I am a single female traveller and the whole thing did not feel comfortable. The front desk person was lovely, let me into my room and said she would return to bring me the keys herself. That didn't happen, so I went down in the morning and was able to get my keys from the front desk. The hotel was fine, the staff was pleasant, it is quite dated, it looked like the ceiling had a couple of leaks and the cupboards needed to be repainted. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The whole checking in part didn't feel good and I have cancelled my reservation for another weekend that I have to be in that area.
