This is a decent conference hotel. Lovely team on site, decent size rooms with a kitchen facility, and a really comfortable bed. The included breakfast is decent and nice choice (including some fresh fruit and porridge). We had some problems with our room but it was dealt with quickly and we changed rooms. It’s about 40 minutes west of downtown Toronto but easily accessible by taxi or the local (Clarkson GO) train station which is less than 2 miles away. The hotel has a 24 hour gym and a swimming pool (quite small but OK).

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Mississauga, and at the corner of main intersection. It is close to Square One shopping mall and highway exit. Please extend the drop off parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to park and exit out of it when there are more than two cars coming to the hotel lobby. Hurontario Street and Burhamthorpe Rd are under construction now. It was not easy to drive around the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with a group of colleagues on business trip. It was not too far from downtown and we managed to get to our conference within 45 minutes with a taxi even with Toronto’s week day traffic. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The only trouble was slow breakfast service. We were down at 6:00 am for breakfast (weekdays ) but had to wait so long to be served. There is a small gym at this facility and staff were nice enough to open it for us at 5:00 am. Overall we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious and somewhat updated, though it showed some signs of tiredness. Also, the carpet had wet spots upon my arrival which never seemed to dry off. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. A/C unit was quiet and cooled the room fairly quickly. Internet signal was good and consistent. I especially appreciated not hearing any noise at night coming either from Britannia road, which my room faced, nor from adjacent rooms. I did not try the hotel breakfast but i did appreciate that a Tim Hortons is conveniently located within a 5 min walk, as well as some decent dining options closer to Hurontario road. The hotel is also a short drive to the 401 highway and Pearson airport, making the commute to and from the airport fairly painless.

Good place to stay. But the heater noise was kinda loud but not warm enough. We thought that it was all like in Canada that however, we stayed at the other hotel the next day, they had an LG air conditioner with a heater. The heater was very quiet and very warm. We even had to open the window somehow.

The front desk staff were rude and it took 20 minutes to check in - it was pre paid and we were the only ppl there. They then wanted a $250 dollar deposit which is more than I have ever paid at ANY hotel. The shower was broken, overall disappointing

PPengguna TetamuThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

PPengguna TetamuIts our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊

SScott LeonardThis hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

DdarthpawlMy experience at the hotel was rather underwhelming. A disappointing discovery was strands of hair in the bathtub upon arrival. Even more troubling was the tub drain, which was completely detached and merely resting at the bottom of the tub. I had to screw it back in place myself. The plumbing had its own dramatics; when activated, the tub's faucet would abruptly jolt out, exposing the pipes. This situation escalated on my second day when the faucet decided to detach completely and launched itself to the back of the tub. Despite reporting these issues, the hotel staff did not address them. The pillows provided were disappointingly thin, requiring a stack of four to achieve minimal comfort. On a positive note, the food served was the highlight of my stay. However, I would not consider staying here again.

SSundbergIf I would have been told there is no elevator to the second floor and that the restaurant closes at 8 pm for food I would have stayed elsewhere. Carrying two 50lb bags up to flights of stairs is ridiculous!! I am not a complainer but im in good shape and many are not so this should be made aware to patrons. The restaurant is open until 11 pm but kitchen closes early at 8 pm??? Not good if you come in later, but they did sell us a bottle of wine to take to our room and ordered skip the dishes.

PPengguna TetamuWe were told to phone Quality Inn after picking up our luggage at Airport. Told that the Quality Inn shuttle bus would be there in 15 minutes. Shuttle bus driver took us to the wrong Quality Inn (Toronto Airport). Receptionist told us we were on the wrong Quality Inn Shuttle. Driver did not ask us which quality inn we were to go to. Driver said his name was William. He questioned why he should give me his name The hotel where we booked did not answer their telephone. Tried several times and held the line for several minutes each time, trying to arrange a shuttle to the Quality Inn on Ambler Drive Had to take shuttle bus back to the airport and were instructed to try calling the Inn again at airport. We were luckily to see the other Quality Inn shuttle at the airport Asked receptionist why they did not state that there were 4 quality inn shuttles buses. Her response was that I should phone ahead and ask which shuttle I should be on. (Really, I was to know that how many buses they have running to airport!!??). Told her she should stress the address every time a person calls for a shuttle. I was told again that I should have phoned ahead to find out which shuttle. Asked if I should phone ahead to find out how many airports are in Toronto. Her response was that there is only one The Room; - Moldly smelling hallways - Damaged bath tubs. Photo attached - Moldy caulking around bath. Photo attached - Bathroom had a poorly completed patch around vent fan, photo attached - Patio door was open, we were on ground level. It was difficult getting the door to slide closed

but pls do not go hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport.this hotel is crazy , the India or middle east lady is still there ,pretty arrogant ,and not good service,no idea.what she is doing there ,personally,not good to be with . and really influence the hotel without good training employees
