Ulasan Best Western Desert Winds

Our experience was great, didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room, but the hotel was clean had no problems and is pet friendly. The alley between the two building is a little shady but overall no problems. Pool was clean ac worked great and so did the refrigerator. Location is a bit out, but good places to eat nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good, make your own waffles and eggs, sausage, bacon, with toast yogurt, and cereal. Overall would definitely come back again next year if we make it to state again.

Check in was a hassle. We booked through Trip.com which was super easy. The receptionist informed us that we would have to pay an additional $100 deposit fee & charge our card for the two nights even though I told her we prepaid in full through Trip.com, showed her the booking information with booking # & pin #. She stated that that charge was a “pending charge” it was not. The manager eventually was contacted & the situation was resolved after 45mins. Just ****** after a long day of travel & having four tired kids waiting to get settled.
