Super friendly staff - from the valet to the front desk. Really felt like I was being given great service and that it did t batter that I was dressed for hiking!

There is no need to live in Carmel nearby, this is enough, the cleanest and best place at the same price

It was already evening when we arrived in Monterey. After checking in, we hurried to dine at a Thai restaurant not far away. The town was very quiet. Although we didn’t pay much attention to the environment around the hotel, when we went to the hotel for coffee early in the morning, we saw how beautiful the sea and sky next to the hotel were. The guest rooms were also very clean. I felt that the trip was worthwhile. It was a pity that we should have stayed one more night. I guess I’ll make up for it next time. 😊

When I checked in at the hotel, I happened to see the beautiful sunset on the large terrace on the first floor. The service staff was very friendly and brought a microwave for us. Thank you very much! The surrounding sea view is unforgettable!

Still pretty good

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean outside the window. During dinner, you can see whales, dolphins, seals and other marine life swimming nearby, which was a pleasant surprise.

Unbeatable sea view, good service, but no parking lot. Of course, the valet doorman is very good.

The hotel is not worthy of its name. The inland room is not the land, but the roof. The front desk service is lacking. The lobby view is average

This should be the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during this trip. The facilities, environment, location and sea view of the room are all amazing. The hotel's breakfast is not a buffet, you have to order it yourself, which is very good. You can choose how much you want to spend. The breakfast is very delicious and the service is very thoughtful. It was a bit cold in the morning, so we sat on the terrace. The waiter turned on the big warm light for us. With the sea breeze and the sea view, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with our beloved family. I really hope time will stay at this beautiful moment.

This is a relatively good hotel in this trip to the United States. It is close to the beach and the surrounding scenery is quite pleasing to the eye. But the balcony is a bit too small and the room is relatively old.

Old hotel, but good location, sea view

The lobby is quite luxurious, the sea view is nice, the hotel is quite big, the room is also relatively big, the room rate is really expensive. There is no place to park, and the parking fee is more than 40 US dollars, which feels not worth it. Fortunately, a bottle of red wine was given as a little compensation.

In a hotel by the sea, the restaurant has a particularly good view. Sitting by the sea in the evening, watching the sunset and eating Western food, the atmosphere is really great!
