very bad hotel i won’t suggest anyone going to
they stopped the water supply and makes me unable to go out for few hours.

Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent.

Good location for my work trip. Service was good, quality was consistent throughout the hotel (lobby, hall, room, etc). For work, I’d return again. For leisure, I’d pick another place since the walls and roof seemed thin (heard neighbors at odd hours).

The room was what was expected per value. The hotel room was average, had a balcony and refrigerator. The reason why this will not average anymore than a 3/5 is because of 2 problems that were encountered with the billing/payment system at this location.
First, the hotel was booked from a third party, however, the credit card that was used for the deposit was charged for the deposit, and some other unrecognized amount ( that was not even the same as the amount already charged by the third party). The person at the front desk was unhelpful, so the transaction was addressed with the third party, who confirmed it should not have been charged.
Secondly, the security deposit actually posted to the credit card that was used 3 days later. The receipt that was given at departure showed it being credited, and there was nothing that could have warranted the keeping of deposit, the room was left in the average condition it was entered in, broken balcony door lock and all.
