Hotel berhampiran Judith-Jasmin Park di Montreal

On the negative side first because that’s what you’re here for…The double room was a bit small but fine for a solo traveller like myself. The breakfast bar left something to be desired. I wish the rooms were bigger and the breakfast more expansive (there were no gluten free options). So I couldn’t even have a coffee and toast for breakfast. Literally fruit, juice, yoghurt and boiled eggs. They did have Rice Krispies tho' and I personally can tolerate that. Some others can’t. And the milk is whole milk. No options for skim. That was disgusting on my Rice Krispies. Maybe the selection is better in the summer season… But on the positive side….the hotel is located in the center of all the festival action, Place des Arts,Maison Symphonique, restaurants. You cannot beat that unless you want to pay double. The room was cheaper than most AirBnB rooms available in the same area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The A/C and heating systems allow you to easily set your temperature and get the room cozy, especially important for Montréal in February or to cool your room in July. Anyway, I’ll be returning. The scene is too good in Montréal to keep me away and this hotel is a great budget choice. You can buy breakfast locally if it's a problem for you

Hotel pas trop loin du centre de Montréal. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Malheureu*****t, la cuisine dans la chambre n'a qu'un but décoratif puisqu'il est dans les faits impossible de cuisiner sans taque de cuisson ni même aucun ustensile. Le petit déjeuner était très sympa malgré la grande affluence. Dans l'ensemble satisfait de mon séjour. Excelent rapport qualité prix.

Secara amnya, nisbah harga / prestasi hotel tidak apa-apa, terletak tepat di seberang Chinatown dan hanya berjalan kaki singkat ke stesen kereta api. Terdapat banyak tarikan di sekitarnya, tidak perlu menaiki kereta atau berjalan kaki.

great hotel. they had late check out although i misunderstood the lady and i thought i had 2-4 to leave but they were just options of either 2 or 4 so i over stayed. hopefully i don’t get charged with a another night. check out was fast. parking was a bit confusing but a very lovely hotel. i’ll be back park where i circled. sorry just trying to earn points lol

Very perfect hotel with kind personnel. I recommend in Montreal. Near to resturants, Metro station and all services. I recommend with large room and property. Personnel are kind and compressible for late check out. So Quit, so proper cccc

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! I had a horrible experience when I recently stayed there. One of my suitcases was stolen in my hotel room and I didn’t receive any compensations from the hotel. The customer service was absolutely horrible!!! I stayed at Lelux hotel for five days for vacation. One the second day, I left my hotel room at 10:00am, came back at 4:30pm and found out that my room door was slightly open (I double checked that the door was closed when I left in the morning) and one of my suitcases was missing. I also found a guest swipe card (not mine and I don’t know whose card it was) on the floor so someone must go in the room and steal my suitcase between 10:00 am and 4:30pm. I spoke with the hotel manager right away and she said that she would check the cameras and let me know. It took her and her staffs the entire evening and another day to go through all the cameras and the reception staffs told me that they couldn’t see who stolen my suitcase. Really????? The problem is that they only checked the camera for the front entrance, refused to check camera for the second floor where my room was located. I kept telling them that they need to check the camera for the hallway on the second floor. However, they refused to do so. One of the guys who work at the front desk was so rude. I can’t believe that he repeatedly asked me whether I brought the suitcase into my room. Of course I did!!!! I put stuffs in the suitcase in that morning. I can’t believe that he thought that I was lying. The manager is even worse. She didn’t want to take any responsibilities and kept telling me that she would keep going through the cameras and let me know the result. She never called me back. Instead, I had to follow up with her every day. On the third day, I asked her whether she would offer me any compensations. She said that “No. Because I couldn’t ensure whether you left your door open when you left the room or you let someone in the room……” Come on, what kind of customer service is this?!! I told her that I will post a negative review on the booking website and she said that “Of course, you will” and finally asked me what kind of compensations did I want. I said that I wanted the refund from the hotel. She said that she would check with her boss and let me know later in the afternoon. Again, she never called me back. Instead, I went to see her at 4:30pm, but she already left the hotel so I asked the reception staff to call her. She told the reception staff to tell me that I can check out now and receive the refund for remaining days. I told them that I’m not satisfied with the solution because that is not the compensation. The reception staff said that his manager told him that this was the final decision. I asked the reception staff to give me his manager’s phone number and his manager’s boss’ phone number as I want to speak to them directly. He said that he couldn’t provide the phone number to me as their phone numbers can not be shared with customer

This is a top notch Quality Inn that is super clean and very well maintained. It is within walking distance of Montreal stores and restaurants and just a block away from a major Metro station to get around the city without a car. Having said that, let me caution you that this is not a suburban hotel. So the rooms are compact with few amenities although there is an all important refrigerator. You might find hotels in the area with larger rooms but likely not at the reasonable price charged here. The breakfast has all the basics and then some and is well attended too. The staff also are great and more than willing to answer questions about the city.

I like this hotel not only it is clean but also there is a friendly staff. at the beginning of October, I have stayed there for 2 nights. I can go to a Metro station just 2 minutes walking. I can find a restaurant in 5 minutes. I even can walk to China town, Good Hotel.
