Great owner operated small hotel. Marc is very genial and helpful. Room tidy and clean. Like access to kitchen area for tea in the morning. Marché Maisonneuve is close by and has delicious croissants, cheese, groceries. Circuit Électrique has easy to use DC fast chargers right at the market -awesome!

房間還是可以的,裏面的設施包括洗碗機烤箱微波爐都齊全,還提供了整套的鍋碗瓢盆和咖啡機。一家四口住的挺舒服。唯一詬病的是沒有一個前台服務,住了四天都衹能用電話跟前台溝通,在這麼個法語地區真是很令人頭大的事情,特別是到達的第一天是冬天夜晚,在前台找不到人衹能用電話說,還說得不清不楚

We booked this hotel through Expedia. When we got there, the room that we booked was not available, even though we booked it a week in advance, and the website confirmed the reservation. When we entered into the room provided for us, we saw it was one bed and a small couch, which was not what we had reserved. When we went back to the front desk to ask for our reserved room, there was already another guest yelling at the man, demanding a receipt for the charges for the room that she did not receive. We explained the situation about the incorrect room to the man at the front desk, but he explained that the room was not available. We explained that we needed this room because we were a family staying together, but he (his name was Julian and he represented himself as the supervisor) refused. Because we overheard the other guest yelling at the other man at the front desk, we asked Julian to print the receipt confirming that they did not have the room. He provided us with one, and when we said that we did not want to stay because this was not the room we booked, he advised us to have Expedia call the hotel to refund us for our hotel charges. They assured us that we would not be charged. We never stayed in the hotel or any of the rooms, but they charged us for the nights. We had Expedia reach out to them, but they refused to refund any of the charges, saying it was ”nonrefundable,” even though they did not uphold their end of the contract. Expedia said they reached to their manager, a woman named Lisa, who again, repeated that it was nonrefundable and refused to assist them. Expedia sent them an email, explaining the situation, but they again, refused. They never apologized or tried to make it right. While there, we also saw another guest complaining that he kept receiving the wrong set of keys for his room, and so, could not enter the room. This was all within the span of 30 minutes. I have stayed in multiple hotels all over the country and this is by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
