I get why this is a 3-star hotel and not a 4-star one. It’s fine for the most part, but the cleanliness and the attention to detail are just not there. The hallways are super dark. The room was modern and brutalist aesthetic. The bathroom was small but well designed. But the carpet and the bedroom bench had gross stains on them. Some of the fake wood furniture were obviously chipped. The leather on one chair looked discoloured. I expect beautifully architectured hotels at the core of the city to do better than this. The lounge is only open for dinner and it’s almost deserted. Fortunately, there is a convenience store accessible from inside the hotel, but I expected room service. A+ to the staff though. They were very polite and helpful.

我一般不會去寫好評，但是這個酒店由於它的性價比，我覺得必須要寫。
酒店在滿地坑這個相對發達的城市來説，才100刀（不含税），我在這酒店附近好像也沒有找到這麼便宜的。
但是便宜歸便宜，裏面的服務和環境以及位置並不差。服務來説，前台用英文不會受到岐視，非常熱情。
房間環境的裝修可能有點舊，但是絕對是乾淨衞生的，不影響使用。
而且房間很大，還配有一個全功能的廚房，以及餐具。
房間的隔音也很好，至少我當時無論任何時候都沒有聽見別的房間的動靜。
位置剛好坐落在市中心，距離景點以及唐人街都很近，大部分景點走路就可以到。
缺點：停車場需要收費，35刀一天（好像）。
當時電梯不知道是不是壞了一部，衹有一部的情況下，很多時候都需要等很久。

The location is great! Close to lots of places to enjoy. They don’t offer parking but they were nice enough to let us know an underground parking for 11$ for 24 hours. The room was very clean and fresh. The building and rooms are old but very clean and the service was very pleasant!

I'm a low maintenance traveller so my experience is probably going to be appreciated by people more like myself. The first thing I liked about this hotel was that it had a kitchen, which was great for eating leftovers or cooking cheap ramen. The second thing was the location was also great as it was walking distance to Saint Denis Street and St Catherine Street which comprises of many restaurants and bars. Both streets are also closed to vehicle traffic making them fully pedestrian-friendly. There's also grocery stores and banks. The hotel was also located perfectly next to a major subway station called Berri-UQAM where three lines converge, including the yellow line which goes directly to St. Helen's Island. The airport bus route 747 also stops at this major hub too which was perfect for me. The one con I did have was that the air conditioning is very loud. I personally don't use AC but my friend needed it, and it kept me up at night, so if you're the type of person that is a light sleeper that needs a colder room, bring ear plugs. It is an older hotel, but I honestly found it completely fine. I'm not sure if it's because I tend to seek lower-cost accommodations but this hotel didn't seem that old to me at all.

Booking's efficient since you receive the code for the main door,and your room. ahead of arrival. The reception while on duty doesn't want to do much. We buzzed to enter during reception hours,and they asked if we had our code/does our code not work.We couldn't locate the reception to ask for a continental breakfast item,or toiletries during their available hours.While doing the latter, we met the owners who are really nice people.The boutique hotel does need work as it looks dilapidated in parts of the common area,while the room we had looked tired. wifi,no issue here as an extender was in the hall of our second floor. The bathroom had what appeared to be a blood smear at the exterior tub edge wall. Room blinds are sheer,with an uncovered upper window.With a west side room, this won't matter as much to someone who isn't easily awoken by light. The elevator works which is good when you have luggage beyond a backpack. Parking, the location needs to specify there's ONLY 4 spots,unless one can somehow drive on the sidewalk to park a sub compact closer to the left of the stairs when facing the building to get a fifth spot. A motorcycle will have no issue if a spot's available. Overnight,due to the location,it was peaceful.For the price,this isn't a first choice,but we booked last minute.

Par rapport qualité/prix c'est un bon hôtel.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est l'insonorisation de la chambre, on entend bien les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir, ainsi le bruit de la fenêtre.
L'air climatisée est bruyant et il ne fonctionnait pas au dernier 1/4 de la nuit (2 fois je me lève à cause de la chaleur)
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen.
Enfin on n'a pas pu nager dans la piscine parcequ'il y avaient des clients qui nageaient avec leurs vêtements, personnes ne les averti. C'est moi qui a réclamé à l'accueil..

ZZhangWe had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries.
Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!

I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay.
My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here.
In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too.
Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, it’s a really nice place to stay. Although the room is a little small, it was clean and the staffs were very friendly. The location of the hotel is extremely good that you can get to the Notre-Dame Basilica on foot, and it’s near to both green and orange metro lines.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was spacious, comfortable and clean. With regards to the staff, they were helpful and provided what I needed. The only issue I had was that adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower was troublesome, it was either too hot or too cold.

GGezi813設施：設施基本齊全，有衞浴用品吹風機，水杯餐具咖啡機麪包機在公共區域，唯一的遺憾是不提供拖鞋。
衞生：房間裏面，走廊和公共區域的衞生都非常棒。
環境：住房環境很棒，房間裏面的佈局温馨舒適，房屋位於居民區，下雪後的景緻非常美！！（看圖😄）房間離地鐵很近，步行兩分鐘左右就能進地鐵，交通非常方便。就有一個缺點是，由於房間都是木質材質，所以隔音很差，隔壁和樓上樓下有點什麼動靜都聽的很清楚。
服務：入住和離店全程沒見到房主，是密碼鎖裏取的鑰匙。一開始還不太適應，也因為沒收到房間密碼需要給房主打電話確認，如果需要諮詢什麼問題，基本都是電話聯繫（對於英語不好的朋友不太友好）。但後面習慣了之後，就覺得這樣還挺好的，不需要等待，也不用社交（i人大喜😄），這就見仁見智了。

The rooms were clean, the desk person Melanie was very friendly and super-helpful, and though there’s no restaurant on site there are snacks available for purchase so you can get something to eat if you’re in a rush. We got a great night’s sleep and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuLocation is a little far from Old Montreal and the nearby has a lot of construction works which made driving a little problematic but I supposed that is temporary. Ample parking lost. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied with the stay except it doesn't provide breakfast and we had to order room service. Food is tasty

PPengguna TetamuWe chose this hotel because we wanted to be in the centre of Montreal and we needed a crib or playpen for our baby and the website said they had them free. - Lack of communication: I tried to reach them via Expedia many times and they never answered me. - One of the men at reception was very rude with my husband and he didn't know if they had playpens and my husband had to find one and a mattress for our baby in their storeroom. - Poor cleanness: the bathtub was either dirty or old but it had some yellow spots where I didn't dare to sit my baby; the windows were dirty too. - The parking lot must be very small because we had to park at a different location and didn't even offer us to do it in their building. + Beds were comfy + We could use the microwave at the restaurant to heat our baby's food. + There was someone at reception who could speak Spanish and was very friendly. + It is close to the centre and lively areas.

PPengguna Tetamu4+3 stairs to reach the reception. Our room 537 ( suite Lit King -Size ), has a low light in the room and totally absent at the entrance. The pillows are small, square and very hard. No support for soap in the shower. No carpet in the tube, you slip. Very old television with blurry images. The ownwer has to change them all. The front office very, kind with manager mr Delena, and Miss Carolina and the employ from Marocco, all very helpful, an asset to the hotel. Ivanromeo.
