Everything was perfect. The staff was awesome. I always stay at the Quality Inn when I come to Mt Pleasant to watch my daughter play hockey. Thank you

It was very close and convenient to Soaring Eagle for a show we were attending. Close to shopping & dining options. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were clean. Everything was just a little dated. The heater/air conditioner had fan options of: off, on, and auto. We enjoy the hum of the constant fan but it wouldn’t stay on. So, we turned on the overhead fan and it wobbled no matter what setting it was on. There were many people there for some kind of tournament in the lobby which is fine, but something to drown out the noise in the halls from them being up late would have been nice. It was just a rough night of sleep and we had a 4 hour drive home early the next morning.

This a very nice place to stop in for an overnight. Quite clean and pleasant with friendly, accommodating staff. A very nice place for a not unreasonable price.

Very happy with the hotel. Clean and in good condition. Close to highway, for travelling purposes. Small room, but nice and more than adequate for a short stay. Only minor issue was the plug in the bathtub which would not stay open, making having a shower a bit of a pain. Would definitely recommend staying here

Everything was good. Other Guests were a but loud into the night, but it had nothing to do with the staff or the hotel in general.

Rooms are small and the bed was not comfortable. Rooms and service very good and very clean. Breakfast bar was small but had a good variety. Overall nice for one night.

Clean room. Polite staff. Convenient location. Served our purpose of staying over night during travel sports.

The room was very small and it had a smell to the room and the bedding. I had to spray my perfume all over just to be able to sleep there. Not bad if it’s just a quick last minute sleeping spot.

The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in had a horrible smell to it the breakfast had rotten fruit Will not stay here again

The staff was super kind and made me feel welcome! It was also extremely quiet on my floor and had no problems with other guests making noise!

It was a so so stay . We were on the first floor and it was loud like the walls were thin. And for the free breakfast there was hardly anything just waffles to make and cereal with like little muffins and bread .

Room was very nice, clean, and updated. The only problem we had was the shower curtain rod was loose and the curtain would slide down and get water all around.

Bed extremely uncomfortable and walls that thin we could hear light switches being pressed in next room
