I went here for a few nights and I literally had no issues with the hotel, all the workers were really nice, if I needed my room cleaned then it was done so for me, it was a good experience especially compared to some of the higher known hotels round that area. OYO Flexistay Tulsi Aparthotel these guys preformed very well. Helped me with my luggage. Was good stuff. I would highly recommend them.

No big surprises; like most Premier Inns, it does what it says on the tin and does it very well indeed. Location was ideal (quiet, but close to Croydon), room was fine, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. The staff turned this into a five star rather than a four star review though. The receptionist was lovely, really couldn't have been more helpful, and even found a free chocolate treat for our young son. Breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and really seemed to take a pride in what they do.

This is the cheapest hotel I could find in reasonable driving distance of London. It is tired, has been renovated for over four years now (we've been there many times), finding rooms is a maze, the courtyard rooms in the basement are very small and no outside windows, the restaurant is poor as is breakfast. All that said I don't care about any of it. There are so many moaning minnies on here complaining. All you do is sleep in the room for God's sake! The fun is when you go out. If the sheets are clean and there's running water, who gives a toss. The staff have always been really nice. You can park in the street. You can drive and park next to the National Theatre for free in about 20 minutes. No need to pay £15 each on the underground. What more do you want. Sure, go ahead and pay 3 times as much to stay at a posh hotel, all you'll get is the same nights sleep as me and you'll pay a fortune to park your cars. Go ahead, leave me this place.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Very kind staff too. Most coziest bed I have ever slept in. I loved the blue accent colors in the room and it had a wonderful shower so modern felt like i was in a mini mansion. Staff was so lovely my meal arrived way earlier than expected they brought it up to me they rock. Thank you again for the lovely stay I will be back. Cheers from USA.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in London for the King's coronation. Previously lived in the area and never knew the hotel even existed! On bus routes to East Croydon so easy to reach if no car. Free parking too. The hotel has a far east theme and is popular for weddings and in fact there was one taking place when we arrived and their outfits were beautiful. Stunning high class decor around the hotel with amazing glass chandeliers. Our double room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a very clean bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Breakfast was included in the price which was in the dining room not in a box as some people mentioned! There was cereal and cooked breakfast, croissants, juices and fruit. More than enough! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again when back in London
