The experience was great. The hotel was beautiful however when we got to our room the drain was a little smelly. The shower drain was a little clogged up and water was going out slowly. Struggled to up and close the bathtub stopper, the hotel staff even had to call someone to come and fix it. Whilst at the hot springs someone decided to wear my partners shoes.
Enjoyed the breakfast but wished they would cater to foreigners especially for lunch and dinner, had to go out somewhere to find food as the location where the hotel is situated is a bit further from the city central.

The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations for local dining and activities.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support.
I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them.
In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper.
Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

到都江堰來出差，選擇了這家山與山嶼民宿，連住了4天，真的是超讚，房間清新又帶有設計感，有自己的調性，顯得很温馨，房間的衞生，乾淨又整潔，看着讓人很舒服，床墊稍軟，對於我這種長期久坐的人來説真的是躺着就不想起來，雖然窗户外面是條公路，但是關窗後真的聽不到一點聲音，窗簾的遮光性也很好，外出回來累了一天可以安靜舒適的休息一晚，睡到自然醒，再看到窗户外的青城山景，真的也是活力滿滿，交通的話我是自駕過來的，外面的公路很方便停車，離高鐵站也不遠，如果有需可以提前聯繫老闆預約接站，非常方便，值得稱讚的是老闆一家人，這家店是他們自己的家， 能感受到用心在經營，老闆帥氣，老闆娘漂亮，每位客人在用心去服務，真的值得點贊，如果後面再來青城山出差或者旅遊，我還是會選擇繼續住這裏，謝謝你們。

一：馬桶非常智能，可以自動開蓋的那種。
二：全屋都是小愛同學智能客控，窗簾可以自動開合，所有的燈都可以控制。家裡孩子非常喜歡。
三：一共訂了兩間，其中一間是帶私湯的，湯池出水很快。孩子也很喜歡
💗衞生：非常整潔，毛巾一客一換很滿意
💗環境：整體裝修復古有品，樓頂有温泉湯池，另外在樓頂可以俯瞰古鎮和青城山，視野非常好。訂的房間一間可以看街景，一間可以看風景。
💗服務：真的沒話説，真的要點贊👍會提前聯繫發送停車位置，進青城後山檢票口時衹要告知是住店的可免門票，告知行李比較多，還特地讓工作人員到停車場幫忙拿行李。前台小姐姐也非常親切。整體讓人有一種回家的感覺。非常滿意。
💗另外：酒店還提供了免費的下午茶，安排在樓下河邊喝喝茶真的很愜意。味水温泉還有自家的餐廳，並且評分也很高，我們點了道家名菜白果燉雞很實惠味道也很好哦。含的早餐也很好，一人一份乾淨衞生拍照還好出片
💗酒店位於泰安古鎮裏面，非常熱鬧。比起住在那種山中間前不着村後不着店的酒店體驗感好太多啦！雖然車子需要停在古鎮停車場，但是工作人員會過來拿行李個人覺得體驗感非常好，而且走三五分鐘就能到酒店了其實也很近的。
這家酒店非常推薦！去後山很近，酒店打卡拍照也很出片，設施齊全服務周到！強烈推薦哦！家人都很滿意👍

We loved our stay at Spring Hill! The floating breakfast was a highlight every morning. The food was delicious and even though it was low season, the selection was great. Service was amazing considering we got a free upgrade and there was an English speaking staff. Very child friendly and our daughter loved playing in the hot tub every day. The views were also incredible! Highly recommend booking a hot tub room.

位置：離遊客中心有點距離 但是到了聯繫酒店 酒店會來接；離泰安古鎮跟五龍溝入口都挺近 酒店也會幫忙接送 很方便
景色：很美 半開庭院對面就是山 早上起來山嵐氤氲的 很漂亮
服務：小哥哥小姐姐都很nice
果盤很新鮮給需要補充維生素的人雪中送炭了

房間非常乾淨且視野開闊，閉眼訂就好了～

説環境其實沒啥意義，周圍民宿環境其實都還不錯，但是一定要住這家民宿有一個很重要的原因就是老闆做的菜都炒雞好吃！！！
因為經常來青城山玩，所以山上山下的餐館都吃過，大部分都屬於給美好的旅程添堵的情況，但是老闆家的臘排骨湯鍋，火鍋雞，水煮牛肉，幹煸茄子（尖叫.jpg），魚香肉絲，糖醋蓮白，酸辣土豆絲……屬於極少在景區裏面可以給心情➕buff的水平^_^
下次來玩不選其他家民宿了，我還要吃幹煸茄子！！！

MMrs and MrsIt was really wonderful experience staying in this heavenly homestay during my visit to Mount Qingcheng with my wife. It was built by a hillside with spectacular mountain view filled with the natural forests of pine,j fir, cypress and all kinds of fragrant undergrowth make up a deep green world, with sound of birds everywhere.
We embraced ourselves in the peace and tranquillity - very therapeutic for our body and soul. We were very pleased meeting with the fonder who shared with us his vision and inspiration and he demonstrated the key of success - mindfulness and meticulousness.
The chef in the restaurant who has over 20 years of experience, provided a customized menu for us with the fresh ingredients, very delicious, healthy and unique. And the service team was really customer-centric and caring - they reminded us the time for the dinner as we wandered in their beautiful garden watching the butterflies, etc.

LLanJiangWhen you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.
Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.
We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path. We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.
I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.
A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

CCarrolThis Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest.
Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed.
Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor.
TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all.
Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited.
Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead.
Staff were very nice and polite.
We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

PPengguna Tetamu😀😀😃😃超級滿意自己這次訂到你們家，和朋友帶狗狗出行，酒店寵物友好，超級nice，在大廳就遇到了好幾衹乖狗。房間也超温馨，茶几上擺了好多零食還有水果，沒來及拍就被我們吃了，反正各種滿意，環境幽靜，房間自帶的私湯想乾淨又方便，晚上泡湯看部電影，特別舒服～差點忘了，雅一的飯菜味道也不錯，早餐也很好吃喲，因為這次帶狗狗沒泡成室外的温泉，不然伴着今天早晨的太陽在寒冬泡温泉肯定特別爽～ 有機會會約朋友來玩～
服務：服務超級nice，所有工作人員都温柔又有效率

TTomMcCWe had such an incredible experience at this hotel. Great location very near the train station, and very close to Qingchengshan and the Hot Springs. Our room was very nice, with windows on both sides. Would recommend requesting high floors, as there are buildings close by. My wife loves to take baths and this room had the biggest bathtub we’ve ever seen. Very luxurious and between both sets of windows so great natural light but also with screens for privacy.
What set the Wuyou Courtyards apart was the service. We wanted to watch the Super Bowl (American Football) and were helped to get our tv box set up. It was our anniversary, so they found us a mini-fridge to keep our champagne cold. They are dog-friendly! So we were able to bring our dog and she loved it. Good breakfast, lovely afternoon tea and help with literally everything.
Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay at Qingchengshan.

PPengguna Tetamu原本訂的前院房間，補了差價升到後院半山上的，其實前院也是不錯的，中規中矩的中式酒店風格，不過還是更喜歡現在住的這個房間，房間很大視野也特別好，有個大露台，坐露台上吃着零食追劇太舒服了，果然一分錢一分貨呀 哈哈哈…

SSarah Louise2 night stay at Six senses to visit the local area and Wolong Panda Reserve with my adult daughter. From the moment I made contact with the hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel arranged airport pick up (thank you Kevin) and from the moment we landed we were taken care of. Fresh fruit and tea served en route to the hotel and a smooth journey despite the snow. A big shout out to Kevin and Yuki for their helpfulness both before and during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms, the spa, the restaurant were all exceptional. Look forward to returning to stay here again. Thanks also to Melissa for ensuring our stay was amazing 🤩
