The hotel is away from the city centre but it is easily accessible by metro. Staff at check-in and breakfast are friendly. We had a triple room, it consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate area. The first night, there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. We went down to the front desk and sheets were delivered to our room promptly. The next day, housekeeping provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed, which is good. I recommend that they should provide these on the first night for triple rooms though. Our room has a jetted tub, but it never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. Other than this, our stay was good. The room has modern decor and a balcony. Breakfast is great with a lot of options: different types of bread with tomato paste and olive oil to add, scrambled egg, sausages, fresh fruits, yogurt, veggies, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast staff did an excellent job in keeping all the items refilled very quickly.

Those who booked this hotel or apartment you will regret for lifesssss and make your holiday turn into an nightmare. As from the photo (attachment) we booked a penthouse which included 2 single bed / queen bed / king bed. Which is about 200m sq area. Which shown on the photo clearly. I hope my eye sight not blind. When we check in , the receptionist told us, we BOOKED a LOFT BED ROOM . Which have a queen size bed only ?. We are totally shock. City tax is 4euro per pax. But In agoda status I already paid $79.20sgd for city tax, I just need to pay $29.40sgd. The damn receptionist insist that we need to pay 88euro for the stay. Is really a scam hotel. This hotel mgmt keep blaming on agoda platforms giving us a wrong information. Firstly is the room they give us Secondly is the city tax payment!!! Is totally a scam hotel. IF anyone feel like getting scam or wish to try a forgetful experience please try this hotel. Base on the review I’m not the only one who give 1 ⭐️. I have no choice to give that 1 ⭐️. I don’t even want to give any star on this scam hotel! From the photo I share to everyone is I booked a platform

This hotel is located at Placa de Espanya. a prominent location in Barcelona for tourist attractions. If you take Aerobus from airport, you may see this hotel is just behind Allianz building, seems to be the tallest building there. About 7 -10 mins walk. This hotel is also walking distance to the Museum Nacional de Art and the Arenas mall as well as metro station. Clean hotel, good service and reasonable price too.

L'emplacement est très pratique. La station de métro juste en face de l'hôtel et il y a de bons restaurants près de l’hôtel. Cependant, le menu du petit-déjeuner est le même tous les jours et peu varié. Le pain était un peu sec le premier matin. Généralement une excellente expérience.

Paseo de Gracia is the Champs Elysees of Barcelona. On that classical, even aristocratic, avenue sits a small apartment building run like a hotel. We stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the public roof for entertaining our friends or enjoy the evening air sipping a nice Priorat. The plusses are too many to mention---the perfect bed for starters (we will order the same mattress back home, that's how good it was), the super-fast wifi (about ten times the speed we have in Montreal), the free coffee all day long, the large fridge, the kitchenette, the central location, and the great showers. Minuses: Hard to get in when arriving (the doorbell is not indicated, so you have to slip in with occasional visitors---awkward). The inconsistent design of the apartment (fridge opening the wrong way, lighting fixtures that only turn on by plugging or unplugging, hard-to-read airco temperatures., crazy TV controls that only work by voice operation). But these were minor things. Everything else was great.

A very pleasant stay, we arrived late at night and the woman on reception was polite and spoke great English. Our room was basic but clean and tidy and that's all we wanted and expected. The hotel was fairly quiet, I have read a few reviews about loud music but we had a room at the front of the hotel only 1 floor up and I can honestly say we heard nothing and got 3 good nights sleep. The hotel is situated quite far away from the main part of Barcelona where many of the tourist locations are but its about a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and it's all easy enough to navigate so you are there in no time at all. Every night we stayed we retired back to the hotel about 7 or 8pm we sat in the bar area until about 11pm and had a few relaxing drinks. The two people on the bar a young girl and an older gentleman where absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome, they bent over backwards to make us feel at home and served us drinks to our table as well as supplying us with some complimentary nuts which never go a miss after a few beers. All in all it was perfect for our long weekend break. Thank you.

Perfect choice of hotel for Barcelona. It was a few metro stops away from the centre of Barcelona but it was worth it for the proximity to the beach and also Rambla Poblenou which is packed with restaurants, cafes and shops. We would recommend trying Brisa Sin Prisa where we ate twice and Dino Gelateria next door. The photos on the website don’t do the roof terrace justice as there is not only the pool section but a much larger section behind it with seating and a bar. The pool was bigger than it looks and we could easily find space next to it every time we went. The pool is unheated but was nice to cool down in after a hot day. The breakfast buffet was impressive with lots of choice. There is building work next to the hotel but it didn’t start until later in the morning and did not affect sleep at all. There seems to be building work across a lot of barcelona so don’t let this put you off this hotel. We would definitely stay here next time we visit barcelona

During our August stay, we booked a family accommodation but ended up with two connected rooms instead, as the hotel layout did not allow for true family rooms. When checking in, the staff was inflexible and simply assigned us the rooms available. The first night, the air conditioning in our initial room did not work properly. We requested a room change, and guest services representative Sara was incredibly helpful. She moved us to a larger, cleaner room on a higher floor the next day. While the hotel itself is rather dated and dull in its decor, with an odd use of stainless steel walls, the staff made our stay more pleasant. In addition to Sara, Adrian from guest experience provided great recommendations for local attractions. The on-site dining options are limited, with only a ground-floor restaurant serving below-average breakfast. However, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to metro stations and major attractions. Overall, while the hotel itself did not meet our expectations, the attentive service from staff members like Sara and Adrian helped salvage our stay. If revisiting Barcelona, we would likely choose a different accommodation.

A very small, intimate and well kept property located several km from the city center but just a few meters from a subway station that will bring you there in minutes. Our room was large, unusually comfortable and equipped with electronically operated black out drapes. The staff was attentive but not obtrusive. We chose not to eat in its famed restaurant and we were directed by helpful staff to several options nearby. We found this property a slight bit overpriced but not outrageously so; the quiet and care made it a reasonable value.

PPengguna Tetamu我們三個女孩在這家酒店住了四晚，定的是高級房，房間很大很漂亮，有免費的咖啡和小冰箱軟飲，樓下還有個美美的小花園，太陽好可以帶着汽水去樓下花園躺平。酒店周邊非常安靜漂亮有很多值得逛的小店：）離主要景點打車10-15歐左右。酒店早餐額外付費19歐/人我們連吃了三天，最後一天有點膩了，不過性價比還是可以的。唯一波折是我們住的第2天酒店經理過來説我們的房間衹能住兩個人，讓我們額外付費升級到套房，加了兩晚，每晚100歐的費用，不過結賬時免了我們三個人其中一天的早餐，所以算下來收費還是比較合理的。巴塞隆拿是我們西班牙行程的最後一站，對我們幾個女生來説能住到一家安全，乾淨，舒適的酒店非常重要，這家酒店符合我們的預期大家都比較滿意

Great room and super nice hotel. Great location right in the hart of the city. Next time I come to Barcelona I will stay here again!!!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon. We spent almost €1.000 and I wish we went somewhere else. We pre-ordered a bottle of Cava which the receptionist mentioned to the manager when we checked in. We figured they would bring it up when we checked in but it seems they forgot and I had to call reception to get it delivered. No big deal. But they failed to mention that there was construction going on. We stayed on the 5th floor and there was construction going on the floor above us every morning-late afternoon, not allowing us to rest after busy nights in the center of Barcelona. We purposely stayed here, away from all the commotion of the city so we could rest and we were woken up to construction every morning. On our last night, after spending all day out, we expected to come back to our room and be comfortable before our last sleep and 8.5hr ride back to USA. Little did we know that the AC would stop working and reception said there was “nothing they could do.” It’s colder in the hallway than in the room! We didn’t complain when there were ants in our kitchen every morning. We didn’t complain when I saw roaches in the lobby. We didn’t complain when the TV remote batteries died and reception said they would bring them right up - never did and we had to buy our own batteries for the remote. But I’m complaining now. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel? Do yourself a favor and save your money and book somewhere else. This is our 3rd hotel of our Spain honeymoon and it was the worst one. Do not recommend.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and multilingual staff, who made the check-in process a breeze.
