Nice little hotel with very nice staff, beautiful grounds and great food. Good Beach times and nice Pool. I stand there much Times and it is very great everytime. Nice shops in the area Prince Shop and Smiley Shop next to the Holtel on the right are the best.

It’s with a very heavy heart that I write this review but I’m going to be as honest as possible. I traveled with my wife and this was our third year in a row at the royal nozha but we are frequent travellers to Tunisia and stay in other hotels/resorts. There are two many people to mention who make this hotel so special and the reason so many return every year from management down to cleaners to mention but I have to mention the entertainment staff by name as without them there wouldn’t be a hotel so take a bow Mido, Kimo, Simo, Gigi and Dousze they are the reason people return and deserve a massive pay rise and budget. Our first week was a pain as one lady would get up at stupid o clock and reserve 12 sun beds for a party of 6 people. Two would be down the beach and only use the sun bed for 20 min at dinner time while people with kids had nowhere to sit, I notice other quests mentioned this in there review and hotel management say they dealt with it but they didn’t do nothing. Also people mentioned the reserving of tables on an evening for entertainment again nothing was done it’s only due to people leaving all these issues where resolved. One off the biggest issue with this hotel this year was favouritism towards certain guests which went on for the entire 14 days we were there. I read with interest Lauren T review regarding this issue. The lady she mentioned was my wife who stood and waited patiently for 5min or so with a queue behind for food to be cooked only for two people who use hotel regularly to be greeted with a hand shake a big smile and offered the pick of food everyone was waiting for without having to queue. This also happened to other guests in the restaurant (they both just refused to queue) and at the bar inside and out. My second big issue and probably the reason we won’t return was the restaurant in general. The food was well below 4 star hotel standard was very repetitive and the cheapest of cuts used. There where 6 main meals chicken, fish with eyes or fish in batter which wasn’t nice, cheap cuts of beef which was full of fat and gristle and still had tubes in, steak which was to fatty and gristle or burgers which where awful. I don’t pay 4star prices to eat this food. There was no information regarding food allergies so if you had a tolerance to nuts or wheat it was pot look as to what you eat This is totally unexceptional today I did mention that we have used other resorts in Tunisia (won’t mention them) but our last stay in April at a 3 star hotel we had a joint of meat every evening, everything had ingredients labelled and informed regarding allergies. My last point is again regarding the restaurant and the manager who finds it totally except able for guests to sit in a restaurant with temperature at 36 degrees or 97 Fahrenheit without air conditioning or even a window open. A window was open only for manager to slam shut as it blow some napkins onto the floor. So due to the heat, the substandard food we chose to eat

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Travelled as a family with 3 young daughters (9,7&5) who really enjoyed the pool and mini disco! The facilities and staff were lovely, as other reviews say the bar snacks were particularly appreciated by our family - pancakes poolside were a favourite. Personally I'm not a beach fan, however here it was fabulous. No daily get up for sunloungers at the beach, unlike the pool(!), there were always loungers, and cabana/settee areas free at the beach which were great for ducking into shade. We hadn't fully understood you got to book one lunch meal at the beach restaurant included with all-inclusive, when we did this was a lovely treat/change to the one restaurant in hotel area. We also enjoyed a few lunchtime pizzas at the beach bar which was a lovely way to break up the day. Sea was so clear, and bar area provided gorgeous views. We even witnessed a proposal on our last day! Big shout out to Lotfi in the main restaurant for being so prepared with our drinks each day, and welcoming of our daughters. I had been dubious about an allocated table however this gave us surety and the kids a sense of responsibility knowing where they were going/for return trips to ice cream! Entertainment was as involved as you wanted to get, I really enjoyed the daily watergym/aqua-aerobics but staff were fine that we didn't want to get involved with darts/volley ball. Lovely team looking after guests, and as I say you could be as involved as you wanted. Kids went to kids club to get out of sun a couple of times, which was a nice relaxed feel and opportunity to talk to other children and Gigi was lovely with them. My husband and I used the gym on alternate days (admittedly his session was probably more intense than mine ha ha) which was a little dated but machines were fine, just maybe suggest a fan to be added as Aircon in there wasn't really working. The room was fine too, we got a family room and all 3 kids had their own "proper" bed - no pullout beds/sofas. Amazing blackout curtains! Id suggest taking own hairdryer though, I didn't and the one on wall got a little heated after doing 4 rounds for hair drying. We only had 2 large towels upon arrival but after speaking to cleaning staff they gave us more as the smaller towels werent quite big enough for bigger kids, just showing how accommodating staff were and keen to please. Also have to recommend the barman in the Hibiscus lounge - his Pina Coladas were great!! Such a cheerful man too! All of the staff were so lovely with us, and seemed to really be invested in giving great customer service. We don't tend to repeat holidays but the relaxing experience we had hear would make us consider it going forward. Tip for return info - you can only exchanges notes at the airport before departure - not coins - so any change really is best used as tips for the staff who appreciate it so much.

Fantastic place, would definitely go back the staff were all so friendly especially the entertainment team, as they got involved with all the holiday makers of all ages. I liked spending days around the pool and on the beach. The food was very good and a good variety to choose from could not fault it at all

Just returned from 10 days at the Royal Nozha Hotel and we've had a fabulous time. We were greeted with a cool drink and shown into the dining room as it was lunch time. First impression there didn't seem as much choice as previous hotels we'd stayed in but we realised it's a small hotel and after a couple of days found that there was always a good choice and the food was always enjoyable and the restaurant staff were very attentive. Our room was overlooking the pool but we couldn't see the pool for all the overgrown greenery outside which was disappointing but about 3 days before we left the gardeners cut the bushes and there was the pool. Our room was pretty much the same as all hotel rooms. There was a fridge and tea and coffee. Towels were changed every day and the room cleaned every day and the beds were comfy. Cleaning staff were lovely. Drinks were good and all the bar staff were very friendly. There's an indoor bar which is quiet and has a nice outdoor area or there's the outside pool bar where the entertainment is. The entertainment is all done by the animation team who are really friendly. If you don't want to join in there's no pressure you can just sit and enjoy. They all work so hard and deserve to be supported each night. Mohammed who works in the pool bar was great and made sure we were never short of a drink or two 😂 There's also the beach bar that serves pizzas and pancakes, soft drinks and wine or beer. You can also book your free a la carte meal here which we did and it was very nice. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and the sea was warm, always plenty of sunbeds available on the beach though people tended to be up early and put towels on the pool beds but as we prefer the beach this wasn't a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet relaxing time. There's a few shops outside the hotel and a couple of restaurants but not much else. There's also a bowling alley but we didn't use it. Our only negative would be the chairs on the balcony weren't very comfortable if like me you like to sit with a cuppa and read but that's being picky really. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return. All the staff are super friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy your holiday with them.

Just returned from a week all inclusive, which to be honest was long enough. Our room was clean with a pool view however could see more of the trees and bushes attached to the balcony than we could the pool and bar. Definitely in need of new beds and pillows. Only 1 pillow per bed with the spare being harder than sleeping on a brick. A/C had its moments but when it worked it was cold which was good. Flooded the bathroom numerous times due to the angle of the shower. The pool is nice & sunbeds are comfortable however had to get up between 5-6 in the morning to get them otherwise there would be none left. People were ‘reserving’ beds with towels and would not come to use them until 3pm. Complaints were raised with management and assured they would resolve it but it continued to happen through the holiday. The entertainment team made the holiday for us really. The nightly entertainment was good & inclusive. Plenty of activities through the day on offer. They were all great & very nice people! Kept us laughing the entire holiday. They arrange everything themselves & it’s clear they have a limited budget which is a shame but they work with what is available to them. Huge thanks to Mido, Kimo, Simo, Jiji & Doussa! You’re amazing. The hotel itself is quite dated. Looks like it could do with a renovation to be honest. The restaurant is a total sweat box every hour of the day. We complained to management about the lack of air conditioning within the restaurant to be told they didn’t turn the A/C on until mid-June. Not very good considering it peaked 35 degrees during the day. The windows were open occasionally but if you’re not sitting next to them you feel no benefit of the breeze. It’s virtually impossible to sit outside due to the flies (I completely understand that’s out of the hotels control) but there was a fair few of them in the restaurant also. You’re allocated a table at the start of your stay and you sit at that table every night, it’s a great idea but all of the tables are joined together so often you find you’re sitting practically right next to another couple/family. The food was a real let down. Breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for and lunch was just as disappointing. Very minimal choice. If you’re vegetarian or are willing to eat pretty much anything you’ll be fine. There’s a great salad bar but very poor choice of meat. Lunch time served burgers and some kind of chicken leg pretty much every day—the rest was vegetables. Dinner was pretty much the same, probably 3/4 meat options and the rest, again, veg. The pasta bar is delicious if you like what is being served that night. Virtually nothing for kids to eat unless they are big eaters. Food went cold very and often ran out very quick. Some chefs were quite ignorant and favoured other guests—often serving the fresh food to them first. We have had a brilliant time at royal nozha, the staff are brilliant, food is good, rooms, hotel, pool and beach are clean. Big shout out to the animation team, Simo, Kimo, Mido, Giji, Dousse, they go above and beyond all day and night, keeping adults & kids entertained, all are really friendly and really look after you, nothing is ever to much apart from trying to throw Simo in the pool! Entertainment of a night time from the animation team has absolutely made our day, so much fun. We don’t wanna go home!

Really enjoyed our family holiday. All the team were brilliant. The animation team Mido, Simo, Doussa, Giji and Kimo were all amazing welcoming the whole family and making us feel welcome. Mido ran a great team and Simo was a great laugh and enjoyed making us all laugh. Abdel was lovely in the restaurant and was really friendly. If you are up for a laugh and willing to get involved the whole team go over and above to get involved with the family. Great holidays and great entertainment. We met some great people that made a great holiday. Would recommend if you are looking at coming to Tunisia.

Brilliant hotel, great mixture of food, cleaned daily and all the staff are smiling and happy! Friendly staff, from the cleaning staff to the animation team, bar, desk and kitchen staff. Simo ＜3, Kimo, Mido, Doussa and Giji are so welcoming, and so friendly. Made everyday so fun. Laughed all day long. Always happy and willing to get to know you and make you feel like part of the hotel. Incredible holiday. Beautiful country, beautiful hotel and beautiful staff.
