Very nice hotel and the staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and super spacious. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t the nicest, but it was easy (sometimes expensive though) to catch Bolts.

Hotel was clean, close to city centre. It has a kitchen with all the things you need.

The hotel is very clean, the service is good, the rooms are spacious and the transportation is quite convenient.

The location is quite convenient with a few bus stops nearby. However the trade off of convenience is that it’s a bit noisy when cars are passing by. We are upgraded to a room with balcony. It’s spacious and has a nice view. We were only given 2 bottles of water in day one and thereafter the housekeeper did not refill at all. When we called the reception asking for bottle water, he said he couldn’t do anything as the housekeeper was off but promised to leave a massage. However no action was taken at all and we ended up with only 2 bottles of water for 5 days. Despite that, we are happy with our stay.

It was a great stay and the room was very clean. The air-con was really good especially when it’s 30degrees outside, it really made our stay enjoyable. The kitchen in the room was good it does the job to cook something easy. Although, the breakfast was really expensive (€15) for what it is. There wasn’t a lot of options in terms of cold food and the hot food wasn’t great either. Definitely needs improving. But great stay all around. Great idea from the rooftop.

I was not very satisfied with the room I got since I booked a luxury apartment and it was described to have 1 bedroom and 1 living room. When we arrived it turned out that the apartment is all-in-one space and no rooms were separated by a wall. It was inconvenient for me and my partner to take calls and meetings and I had to purchase one more room to resolve the issue.

The room was spacious beyond expectation and very clean. The location was also OK, with a lot of bus stops at the door (but anyone who knows about public transportation in Malta knows). Let me talk about the problems: 1. The sound insulation was very poor. Our room was next to the elevator, and the noise of people entering and exiting the elevator affected our rest; the location was facing the street, and the motorcycles were noisy at night. 2. The room 506 we stayed in had a problem with the drainage of the shower, which overflowed into the living room. 3. I don't know if it is Malta's policy or the hotel's policy, but there is a 25 euro fee for check-in before 15:00, and there is no such fee after that.

New and clean hotel Very spacious room, comfortable bed, free coffee refilled every morning Area not very convenient for getting around on foot, but strategic if you travel by car (bolt) because it is 10 minutes from the three main cities (Valletta, Silema, San Julien) Rooftop pool small but with a nice view Friendly and helpful staff The only flaw was that we were on the 8th floor and half the window was covered by the external display so we didn't have a full view but only a small glimpse. Restaurant offers only breakfast but no meals (lunch/dinner)

It is a spacious and comfortable hotel that is also good value for money. It was a big part of the disappointment of my trip. I plan to visit again when I next visit Malta.

The room is big, clean and has a kitchen. But it is on the roadside and noisy at night.
