Ia ke bilik buruk Saya menempah bilik berbeza yang mereka berikan bilik buruk. Saya bertanya kepada penyambut tetamu dia berkata kami telah menempah sepenuhnya tiada bilik lain tersedia

Kakitangan harus dilatih dengan lebih baik untuk perkhidmatan yang lebih baik. Ada yang sesat, ada yang ‘pandai’, ada yang jelas tidak suka bahasa cina. Kakitangan di bar kolam geladak enggan membuka payung walaupun di bawah terik matahari kerana kemalangan payung terjatuh sehari sebelumnya. Jadi dia menjangkakan setiap hari akan kemalangan dan pihak hotel membawa masuk payung untuk deco sahaja. Sikap yang sangat buruk.

Kami tiba di hotel kemudian memberikan bilik kunci kami selepas 2 jam Mereka tidak bersedia dan tidak mengikut nama yang ditetapkan bagi setiap bilik. Susah kita penat.

Kakitangan meja depan sangat tidak membantu. Bekalan pancuran/air di tandas sangat teruk.

The hotel is great but not very near to the Junceylon Mall , need to book Bolt for 200 THB to go there. Very near to the Beach.

Had a nice time with family here during my birthday which the hotel prepare my room with decoration and provide complimentary chocolate brownies. Also big shout out to kids club team special mention to Miw and Thip for being so kind and welcoming to my 5 years old girl who enjoyed going to kids club almost everyday. Loved the breakfast as well. The only negative part is that there were so many Israelites which very sensitive to us Muslim.

Staying at this hotel for the entire trip was the biggest mistake. Breakfast required waiting in line, and the food served was basically the same ingredients used for the dinner buffet. Checking in also required waiting in line, the pool was small and overcrowded, and the staff were inexperienced and unprofessional. I paid a deposit, but because I had dinner that exceeded the deposit by 270 baht, the hotel kept chasing me to pay the balance. Since I was out all day for my itinerary, they sent reminders every day to settle the bill. When checking in, my credit card was declined due to exceeding the credit limit, and I could only pay for one night’s deposit. The staff said if I didn’t come down to pay the deposit by 11 PM, they would come knocking on my door. I was two minutes late, and they actually called my room. The night before checking out, I cleared all the fees and checked out in advance. The staff assured me that the next morning I wouldn’t need to queue and could simply leave the room key. However, the next morning, when I left the key, I was forced to queue for check-out! They refused to let me leave and started checking the room and the bill, saying I needed to pay an additional 3,000 baht deposit. I explained multiple times that I was running late for my flight, but the staff didn’t care and took over 10 minutes to check everything before letting me leave. It was an absolutely horrible experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room is clean, spacious and always smelling fresh and nice. Service is awesome. Breakfast spread is out of this world. Although they don't have a halal kitchen, they labelled their dishes which makes this easier for us as Muslim travellers going to non-Muslim majority places. Location was good, the beach is right at the doorsteps and there's plenty of food options just outside. My son loves their pools. stayed there for my son's birthday and they are so thoughtful to decorate the room instead of just sending a cake. If I ever return to Phuket, definitely will stay here again.

Lovely experience, got a free upgrade to pool view room by the courteous staff. Overall the vibe in the hotel was a resort style fun place.

Stay for Ocean view room. But it is block by big tree in front from balcony. Need improve. Floor at balcony and some walkway is slippery espeically raining.

We have booked the pool access suite but during check-in, the hotel informed us that it wasn’t available. The hotel has upgraded us to ocean view suite. At first we were very disappointed as we really like the concept of pool access. But it turned out that the upgrade room is better. Very roomy and cozy. We have spent three wonderful nights there. The ocean view suite is on the beach front building and the restaurant is just downstair. It is only a few step away from the beach. Parking is free and is also downstair with shelter. There are two pools in the hotel but they are not very big. I feel like the pool is open to the public. Some guests may not be very civilized. This is why I found the ocean view suite much better as there are lots of people swimming outside the pool access room and you are not certain if they are really hotel guests or not. Given that the pool is not a big one, it may have privacy issues. But on the whole, I am very happy with my stay.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Patong Beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was both nice and clean. The beach was easily accessible, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Super Hotel close to the beach. Stuff very friendly and helpful with just everything you need. Breakfast was amazing. Management was so fast to bring us to a doctor after a small accident my son had. Very Professional ….. thank you very much !

If you want to stay at Patong, this hotel is considerably more family friendly since it is not situated at the heart of Patong. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Highly recommended.
