The bed quality is terribly bad and the other amenities like room, washroom, commode and other amenities quality is terribly bad cannot even imagine, the outface of the hotel is more bad and need renovation of all but the staff behaviour is good

The staff was cordial and friendly. The room (suite room) was very spacious and in mumbai that's luxury. It's in dadar but very very quiet. Food was good. The location is excellent it's located right at dadar tt circle. I will surely visit again.

There was no option in breakfast to choose. They only maintain 1 dish thats it. They dont offer basic stuff like body lotions in bathrooms.

There were bed bugs, in the room and couldn’t sleep through the night, blankets were not good. Please get the bed bugs resolved

The color and plaster on the walls were worn out. I had 2 people in the room, but only 1 towel was provided. Rest was good.

The location is good, but the room was average. No ventilation and the maintenance was poor. Overall seemed alright but not worth the price.

I had very high expectations about the breakfast but the breakfast that was served wasnt good. Plus the room was not that great because the view was really bad. The room was spacious. Overall the staff was nice and prompt but the room looked really old.
