Very very bad property. There were no towels, soap or any toiletries kept. Toilet was very bad and not clean. There was no tv. Totally i couldn't adjust and complained to the reception. But they were also unresponsive and i had to quit the room at around 10pm. Later i went and took another room and is staying there. I demand for reimbursement

Smoking in rooms and cockroaches are roaming on bed and no mat at the bathroom. Not much hygiene

We go this hotel 1st time don't know rout we try on phone no one answered tyat time. Then check in time we inter room there no tv in the room i ask but he says tv not working we remove. Also no watar in the stain on bedsheet

This is a horrible place to stay. Everywhere cockroaches and bugs are seen on the wall, carpet, bed. No toiletries provided, bad smell was coming from the room, shower knob was not functional. Hot water was not coming, completely unhygienic to stay.

The location was good but your arrangement was not good, the phone was not working in the room, so i came to the desk three times and told that the tv is not working but no one did anything in two days, last day the tv came but the staff was not able to find its remote and if you are giving a room to a single person then at least the tv should be on but no one pays much attention to it

I travel-led for personal work, but the apex hotel rooms are very dirty, smelly and cockroaches everywhere. No towel and toiletries provided there. I'll never recommend to someone to stay there
