Good location but towels and napkins are not upto mark

The location is really good. It is easy to connect after arriving the airport. I recommend this hotel when you arrive late night or leave early morning.

Great hotel due to the location within the airport. Cleanliness is good but couldn't be better in terms of linen used.

환승을 위해 입국하지 않고 잠깐 쉴 수 있다는 것 외에는 기대하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 방음이 전혀 되지 않으니 이 점도 감안하고 호텔을 잡는 것이 좋습니다.

The room and the bathroom were average. The toilet flush was not working. The best parts were the hot shower and the convenient location at the airport.

Do not ever make the mistake of booking here. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STAY HERE IS IF YOU HAVE A PLANE TICKET AND A PASSPORT. Booked for 2 days paid full price and they never let us enter the hotel at all. Got bounced back between Niranta and ******* with no refund at all, not even for the second day.

On arrival I was met by a male receptionist who had little or no interest in what I was asking him other than to give me the room key.Before I reached my room,a notice informed me the tv in my room was not working.Not a good start and it got worse!The floor the hotel is situated on as nothing but a grand view of the car park!Breakfast,boiled eggs/cold bake beans nothing else recognisable!

Did not like cleaners talking loudly in the hallway while I was trying to sleep. They should try to keep quiet after 10.0 pm.

The staff were very helpful. KILONI was very efficient and cooperative. The first room in the departure wing we checked in had its flush broken, so we were moved to a different room in the arrival wing. That room had multiple problems e.g. the fridge did not work, the bedside tables had so much dust on them. The good part is that it's very safe, organized and quiet. Staff were attentive.

Small windowless room but comfortable and clean. have all necessities for a sound sleep for a layover or onward trip.

Location is great & Breakfast is good!! Check in process was slow & they charged me for extra person but put me in the smallest room possible. There was no customer service.. It was like talking to robot

The service given by Mr Guuddo Kumar was beyond excellent. Very kind and went beyond the duty to help me.

The wifi never connected even we were told by the front desk it would take 10 min. The food in the restaurant was so-so, altogether a pricey stay justified only by the convenience to flights
