Everything is just average. But room size is very large compared to new hotels. Bathroom was not as clean but looking at the price they charge, one can’t expect more.

The hotel room was horrible. Basic facility of a clean toilet was missing. The toilet flush was oozing when pressed and the shower area was flooded with waste water. The hotel authorities didn’t care when we complained, they instead said it’s a coming issue! never gonna to be fooled by pictures

Free early check-in, inform via call a day before check-in date. Cooperative staff, courteous and prompt service. Hotel's cafe pop o food was decent at affordable cost. Extra charges to take a dip in the pool (100rs) till 7 pm only. Extra charge to avail room amenities like dental kit. The bathroom door was crooked.

The property has spacious rooms and is located close the the andheri station. Rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel also has good options to dine in.

Room was smelly and fungus on ceilings of bathroom. I kept on bathroom exhaust fan whole time to keep room as a fresh. For room service, every time they were asking payment instead of collecting payment at the checkout time which create lots of uneasiness.

Location wise and the amenities provided were really good when compared to the amount i paid. Food could've been better if some more items like dosa or idly, vada etc were added to the breakfast buffet.
