great hotel. the breakfast is fantastic. service was good throughout our whole stay also.

Every thing was okey and specially the breakfast team so friendly and respectful BUT one in reception was not good service when we arrived she did not give us only one hour early after we paid for some hours %50 of room cost it was first time in my life after have been more than 50 countries and many 5 stars Hotel i did not paid for early check in if room available they gave me but IN TAJ group got money from 08:00 until 12:00 %50 of room costs!!! And i asked for WiFi she didn't gave us! I respect tge Hotel rows but we are a human we can help each other for sample thing!!!!

Excellent!! As usual Taj Hotels you don't need to worry about anything !! They take care of you and make you feel home. I highly recommend this hotel to families or business travelers.

Good hotel, clean but stuff is not friendly. They sold all rooms even been prepaid for us. Manager is propose us to move another hotel. Unappreciated

Mid size hotel with brilliant staff and great Thai restaurant. Location quite good as well with the new roads coming into play

Interesting hotel with a good blend of both traditional and modern exclusive feel.

The hotel is great and the room has a great view. Everything was great, the only problem that I had was a food poisoning. The hotel is doing a lot to take precautions but maybe something more can be done

I loved our stay at President - Ihcl SeleQtions hotel during my business trip. The ambience is really good and staff is so cooperative. Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around. I asked them for a special dinner planning and they were so helpful in arranging everything on time. I would definitely love to visit again and stay there only.

Ihcl hotel is one of the best hotels In mumbai..very clean and hygienic...

disappointed for the premium price I paid 2 bed and furnishings not modernised no usb ports breakfast was not has diverse as I thought w only a few indian options Hotel hasnt changed since i last visited 7 years ago rooms are old gym is old w cardio machines having channels that dont work service in Konkan was good things should be renovated if I was to consider staying again
