Even though it's a 5-star hotel, it felt a bit dated. The room had a musty smell and was a bit damp, probably due to a poor ventilation system. Overall, it was acceptable though.

Great value for money. Superb location. New metro line opp the hotel. Great food as well

The hotel staff provided excellent service. The pool, sauna, and steam room facilities were a fantastic experience.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, the extensive breakfast was part of our package, myself and my daughter very much enjoyed sitting in the air conditioned conservatory to eat. The swimming pool was very refreshing, beautifully clean and helpful pool staff to assist, we used it daily on return from trips and adventures.

Very kind and helpful. We had to change our room and they immediately assisted us.

Good hotel but very expensive. OK gym and pool. Breakfast was also ok. Would for sure stay here again in the future

It’s a nice and comfortable five star hotel with good selection of breakfast. Only setback is the bathroom. No place to hang clothes or towel. A couple of hooks will be helpful.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location, the metro is practically right at the entrance. The breakfast buffet was also very diverse, and all the dishes were delicious.

Amazing stay, will be back. The breakfast is extensive and carb heavy, very little protein options. Also, the same food is available every alternate day. Other than that, very good experience.

Every thing was okey and specially the breakfast team so friendly and respectful BUT one in reception was not good service when we arrived she did not give us only one hour early after we paid for some hours %50 of room cost it was first time in my life after have been more than 50 countries and many 5 stars Hotel i did not paid for early check in if room available they gave me but IN TAJ group got money from 08:00 until 12:00 %50 of room costs!!! And i asked for WiFi she didn't gave us! I respect tge Hotel rows but we are a human we can help each other for sample thing!!!!

Excellent!! As usual Taj Hotels you don't need to worry about anything !! They take care of you and make you feel home. I highly recommend this hotel to families or business travelers.
