This hotel is suitable for a brief stay. Rooms were spacious and breakfast spread was reasonable, however, even at 2pm they were not ready for checkin and the bathroom drain was choked.

I was there in the first week of Nov'23 for 3 days. On my last day, we checked out and left our luggage at the reception for few hours. When we came back, my wife wanted to change as we had a long flight in evening. So we requested the Front office ***ager for a room for 5 mins for same. To my surprise, he denied and asked to use the washroom for same. I told him that how a lady can change there. But he was extremely rude and non coperative. Terrible experience

Very good hotel in Mumbai location.nice room food quality is very good.staff was take care amol swapnil, omkar, vikas they are giving good service and upgrade my room also swimming pool is net and clean.nice smile in the lobby thanks to all the hotel staff

Extremely disappointed. Bathroom is so shabby that I can only say, don't stay here if u have any other option. It's pathetic experience till now. Floor slippery, broken, taps and shower are broken, no curtains, very old non ***aged property, staff also not helpful, no accountability.

Super hospitality and staff are quite supportive. I had fever while i check in hotel. Mr Naresh chand he is ***ager out there himself taking care to me lot till my check out. Calling to Dr and provide medicine . Strong recommendation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keys Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great hospitality offered by yash rahane . Overall, I had a memorable stay at Keys Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, great dining, and outstanding service made it a standout experience.

I had booked this hotel for my night stay on 30 Aug, while returning from abroad. Hotel was satisfactory, room was quite large and Breakfast menu had a wide spread with good taste. However, they messed up my pick up from Mumbai International Airport (T2) completely. In spite of my talking them on phone, confirming pick up on email and reconfirming on the day of arrival, there was no one to receive. After 2 phone calls, they were still chceking! After 15 min, was told that the pick up was on its way. It finally arrived 45 min late. There were atleast 50 different people from different hotel waiting for thei guests, but we had to wait for 45 min for our transportation at that late hour in the night. Location of the hotel is poor, too.
