Experience all good Except The bed configurations When we booked the offer was one king bed and one double bed. The double bed was so small not even one person can sleep comfortably The so called king bed was just like normal Double bed just sufficient for two person Service/ breakfast/ food good

I recently stayed at Residence Sarovar Portico and was thoroughly impressed by the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance. The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their attention to detail, ensuring every corner of the room was immaculate. The common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were equally. A special thank you to Mr. Prakash,who went above and beyond to assist every guest. His dedication and warm hospitality truly stood out—he was always available to address any concerns and ensured our stay was seamless. His efforts made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our visit. I highly recommend Residency Sarovar Portico for its exceptional cleanliness, excellent maintenance, and the outstanding service provided by hotel staff.

I stayed here for a week-long business trip, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The housekeeping team, particularly Mitali and Tanavi, ensured my room was spotless daily. The workspace was dust-free, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The hotel’s common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were equally pristine. The staff, especially Prathamesh at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. The fast Wi-Fi and quiet environment made working easy. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mind space Malad. This hotel is a 10/10 for business travelers – I’ll definitely return! Thank you team 🙏

We enjoyed our recent stay at Residency Sarovar Portico in Malad, Mumbai during Feb 2025. It is a clean, beautiful, safe property and the staff is incredible. Front desk staff including Ms Arpita, Ms Teena, Mr Prathamesh, Mr Deepak and Ms Jyotsna (who always greets with a smile), all are very attentive, kind and would always help residents with enthusiasm & courtesy. The breakfast buffet is well worth extra price with freshly cooked items from South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtrian cuisines as well as continental choices custom made as per individual request. Breakfast also includes several fresh juices, fruits, sweet treats, variety of sandwiches, breads, & last but not the least, the variety of omelets catered to your choice. The Manager, Mr Amit managed an excellent team in the tea lounge with Mr Sooraj, Mr Aniket, Mr Dev, Mr Jayesh, Mr Harsh, Mr Chetan, Mr Jay, & Mr Salaam. The chefs Mr Rahim chacha and Mr Sachin made fresh cuisines which truly pampered our taste buds. With such healthy breakfast, one can easily skip the lunch & get on with daily activities of the day conveniently. Room cleaning staff including Ms Tabassum, & Mrs Neeta are very prompt & sincere. Apologies if we have missed anyone’s name in particular, but as we observed, all of the staff is simply wonderful & gives out 100% in their service. The rooms are homey with soft bedding and good storage space. We stayed in the deluxe room for the majority of our stay which had a queen bed and an inbuilt twin bed as well. Most of the outlets are actually international and accepted our US chargers without difficulty. We have stayed at many other facilities but this facility has its own charm & warmth. It is not in any way glamorous with fake decorations & jazzy interiors, instead the property is very inviting for people who want to have that feel of home away from home ! The few cons: -max limit to the WiFi use of 3 devices/room and it’s not very fast. -Charging outlets are just 2-3 per room. -Bookings go out fast as lots of corporate/ marketing/ IT seminars keep happening in this area.
