Ulasan Rosewood Munich

Good new hotel but the restaurant is still new and lacking the standards of a 5 star hotel.

讓人相當無語的慕尼黑瑰麗，在攜程訂了2間2天，9.3-9.5日房間，訂單上明確包括早歺。入住時前台是一位皮膚偏黑像印度裔姑娘，告訴我不含早歺，我出示了攜程訂單，於是她打電話詢問，要我把攜程確認單郵件發給她，一番操作後，告訴我可以了。整個過程耗時較長。5號退房時還是這位姑娘，向我出示了圖1的早餐費用單，共558歐。我説訂單是含早歺的，於是她説9月5日的早餐費搞錯了，不收。但是4號的早歺明細單的打印時間是11：01分，算lunch,要收費332歐。我們指出早上我們點單時間是9：40分。就算早歺到11點結束，以此為理由收我lunch費用，不符合大部分酒店的規範。堅持請她與歺廳經理勾通，她説歺廳經理過來要20分鐘，我們堅持等。這時這姑娘旁邊的一位德國姑娘，也是前台，對她説：你把這個單子取消了吧。德國姑娘説德語，我朋友德國生活了30年，聽得懂。然後就把單子給取消了。整個事件非常的不符合正常邏輯，這樣的奢華酒店，如此服務，太讓人失望了！！

繼續評價慕尼黑瑰麗，同樣是那位皮膚偏黑的姑娘，在分房時把我和朋友的房間一個在3樓一個在2樓，問她能不能安排一起，她説需要3個小時的等待。辦理入住時己經18點多了，再等要21點了。於是我們就算了。按酒店規定下午15點入住，客房衞生應該都可以了，如果有房間可調，需要到晚上21點才搞好衞生？還有，入住當晚朋友的房間洗手枱竟然漏水。這樣的新酒店，服務和設施，讓客户體驗感極差。不由得讓人覺得受到了不公平的待遇！！

訂的兩間兩晚卧室的套房，第二天一整天沒人做清潔，直到問了前台才安排人來清理。第三天退房時間是中午12點，我們只是去吃了個早餐，10點鐘左右就有人做清潔，還把我們的充電器，護膚品之類的收走了，我們找到經理才拿回一部分東西，轉接頭一直沒找到。我們還沒退房就開始打掃，是趕客呢，差評！

服務很慢，多次催才行，前台最喜歡説對不起…

Fantastic hotel in Munich. Great location the staff could not have been more pleasant or professional. Our room was immaculate and well appointed with a great bed. The shower was a 10/10. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the bar had a great live singer and small band that we enjoyed each night. Special shout out to Cicely for taking such great care of our family on our visit and arranging some good shopping.

The heating only goes up to 23c - so the rooms are cold. The elevator system is crazy - only some go to the ground floor. The staff are nice - but avoid in the winter months. No hotel of any star should not have basic heating in the rooms. It is pathetic.

Stayed in a very quiet one-bedroom suite facing the courtyard for 4 nights. The room is beautiful, my favorite feature is the heated bathroom floors. My least favorite feature is the controls to open and close the curtains. I wish these were manual. We had such a difficult time every night and morning getting these to work. Sometimes, manual is better. The beds/linens were amazing. My favorite hotel brand is the Four Seasons and the bedding was on par with their amazing quality. All staff greeted us warmly with every interaction coming and going from the hotel. The location is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the area. Would stay again if ever in Munich.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, the weather was rainy, and a front office staff member graciously offered us hot beverages to warm our spirits—an exceptionally thoughtful gesture that uplifted our mood even before we took a sip. Overall, the hotel exuded luxury, cleanliness, and tranquility; however, the housekeeping department could benefit from further refinement. The meals were of high quality and quite enjoyable, yet the service was notably prolonged. I do not wish to assign blame to anyone for this delay, as we are not the type of guests who believe that financial investment grants one ownership over service. Nevertheless, it would have been considerate for the kitchen to inform us of the increased workload and the potential for delays. I extend my gratitude to the front desk staff as well; each individual was exceptionally courteous and always prepared to assist.

The hotel is well decorated and our suite were perfectly desigend with everything a tourist or a business person may need and exceeded all our needs. The stuff was really nice and always ready to assist with professional manner. Best place in Munich

Room, hotel and staff are lovely. The fact that the hotel seemed completely booked meant waiting was longer than usual…. But that’s high season. We stayed for the Adel concert (sensational) and had a great time. Breakfast was extremely busy but the fresh pastries, cheeses, and eggs were all delicious. Although it was busy and there weren't quite enough staff, those who were there did an excellent job. They were attentive and managed everything smoothly. Overall, one of my new favorite places in Munich

By far the best luxury hotel in Munich. Bayerischer hotel which is near by has seen it best time, now correct but very tired, mandarin is rather good business hotel. Rosewood is well above. Perfectly located right in the heart of city, walking distance from the main station and main city landmarks. Absolutely stunning design with attention to detail. Good food across the restaurants, beautiful bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be my place to stay while visiting. They could slightly improve on the efficiency of orders and delivery at the restaurants and bar but i guess it will come with the time considering that it is bright new. Btw spa area is nice too.
