Hotel nella zona BMW di Monaco in zona tranquilla. La metro' a pochi passi è un gran vantaggio cosi muoversi è veramente semplice.Classica struttura da periferia di citta' dove si puo' trovare un buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. cio' che mi aspettavo ho trovato. Buona pulizia ovunque, camera spaziosa, colazione abbondante sopratutto nel salato. Sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per chi vuole una location a buon prezzo evitando il centro. Ho usufruito del garage a pagamento ma probabilmente in zona si trova facilmente parcheggio

I booked this hotel in March for a two night stay in May. I received an email from the hotel saying, ”Ihre Zahlung wurde bestätigt. (payment confirmed)” So, all good. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was ”storniert” (cancelled). I asked why. The receptionist said she didn't know. Another receptionist told me that maybe my credit card was not accepted by Accor because they are in France. Accor is the parent company. I asked why my Deutsche Bank credit card, which I have used all over the world, would be rejected by a company because it was in France. She did not know. I was in town for a class and had to take another room, for which I was charged 71.10€ more than my booking price. I used the same credit card, and...it worked. Ok, this is obviously a scam being run by Accor or by the local hotel. I'm not sure which. I emailed Accor and they tell me that they cancelled it because I did not pay. But I have a confirmation that says I DID pay. So this is obviously a lie. And even if my card was rejected, why didn't the company send me an email informing me so that I could pay a different way? Whether they are incompetent or fraudulent, there is no excuse for their behaviour. I demanded a refund of the 71.10 extra charge and they refused. Well then my answer is that I will never again book a room at an Accor-owned hotel.

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

My family and I have just returned from a great stay at the Adagio. We chose this hotel due to its location to the Olympic Park as we were attending a concert. The staff at the hotel were lovely, very helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and the hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the subway which connects directly to Marienplatz

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

Visited for business. Very comfortable hotel. Let down by some amenities and challenges around covid. Bar seating area is closed off entirely outside of bar hours (even though it is really the main lobby seating) - made very difficult to have business discussions with colleagues. Understand it may be driven by regulations - then I’d recommend marking off a larger area for lobby seating. Rooms comfortable but small - fine for their purpose. Women only floor is appreciated for ‘security’ but no need to give all the ‘fluff’ on top (10 cushions, pink slippers etc) Comfortable relatively firm bed. Walk in shower - need to be careful not to flood with higher pressure (other colleagues also mentioned this). Pleasant staff.
