Total score 8/10 Would recommend to stay again Room: Very stylish and functional. Nice touches and quality throughout. Bed was very comfy with good quality linens. Nice plug sockets but no direct usb for a newish hotel. Bring a travel plug. Only downside which was slightly annoying the room features advertised are not present. We were missing the sound system stated on website. Our original room had some stains, possibly blood or dark red nail polish on bedding. Upon informing staff nect morning we were upgraded for rest of stay. This was a nice gesture. The room has coffee machine but no tea facilities. We did ask in the night and were told it was not possible. However then next day a kettle was sent to the room. Bathroom: Perfect. Good shower and amazing bath. Really nice products. Restaurant Izayka was really very very good. V cool vibe. Music in the background. The food was outstanding and reminded me of a trip to Japan. The robata grilled chicken was outstanding. I felt the quality and delivery to be on par with Nobu and Hakkasan (london) Service Few blips here and there but overall. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool and spa Visually stunning and very nice. Overall a great stay in Munich and shall be recommending to friends and family.

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe! Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well. The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad. Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.

I can't say enough great things! We booked a Signature Suite-Park View. A few weeks before arrival we received an email from a manager asking if we needed anything. Because we are regular travelers, we already arranged airport transfer with the concierge, sessions at the spa and made reservations at the hotel restaurant through OpenTable. The manager was able to quickly confirm all reservations and ask if we needed anything else. We requested extra bottles of water in our room and upon arrival there was plenty enough for our entire stay of 9 nights as well as some Oktoberfest souvenir mugs and a charcuterie board, very nice! The room was very clean and quiet. Although it was labeled park view, the trees were so full we couldn't really see the park and that was fine. We opened the windows and could hesr the kids play. Closing the windows cut off all outdoor sounds. Above the trees were beautiful buildings in the distance, you really felt like you were above the city, but not in a high rise. The spa was top notch and our favorite part were the heated lounge chairs by the indoor pool. Services were standard, I suggest booking something for right after your arrival to relax. We sat by the pool on the heated chairs for hours. The restaurant was great, we enjoyed the relaxed setting outside on the patio a couple of times and appreciated a return to eating a meal that isn't rushed. Europe understands that a meal should not be hurried. That being said, if we needed quick service, in room dining was fast! We love that there was something to order 24/7 because one night we returned from Oktoberfest and knew we should eat more to manage all the beer we drank lol. The coffee was mild, the hollandaise was perfect and the croissants were tender. The front desk staff were always pleasant, one night we returned from Oktoberfest and needed ice for a bruised knee, we asked at the desk instead of calling room service and within minutes of getting to our room, the ice arrived. Overall we are VERY happy with this stay. We were not familiar with the hotel brand and made the decision mostly based on location and cost. The pricing was commensurate with two other hotels we were familiar with, but we wanted to try something new and are glad we did. My high school friend and her husband also joined us and stayed there, they had no complaints and thanked us for finding the hotel. We also enjoyed some English language TV starting at Channel 60 and also were able to watch Netflix by mirroring the TV with our cell phone. The hotel is within a 5min walk to a pharmacy, drugstore (DM) and a great place for breakfast called, ”California Bean”. Worth a try, we went two days in a row. There was a small wait, but worth it. We also had the hotel mail things home for us and deliver a gift to local friends, everything went off without a hitch! We well return and look forward to the same excellent service. Really enjoyed my stay at Louis Hotel. Location cannot be beat by any other hotel in the whole of Munich. Room was really really really beautiful furnishings. The bed and bedding was really luxurious. Minibar was inclusive which is nice and makes one enjoy the room even more. Front desk could be more friendly though, perhaps more training on being more genuine as at times the smiles were really forced, but that could be a Munich thing, dunno.

The hotel is well located with access to the central station and to the main pedestrianised areas of Munich. The hotel is located in the Bahnhofsviertel which has a significant Turkish and Arabic population. It's not the cleanest place in Munich but we had no issues during our 3 night stay. Notably, there is no parking on-site and some car parks are nicer than others. We parked our rental in the Sonnenhof Garage on Landwehrstraße which is about a few minutes walk from the hotel. It also seemed a bit nicer than some of the other car parks in the vicinity and they're all very similarly priced. The room was well appointed with a generously sized bathroom. Everything was very clean and fully functional. The only oddity is the strangely rough flooring that looks like carpet but is more like a lino trying to be carpet. The hotel bar was also decently stocked and the barman was a very nice chap. You do quickly get reminded that this is more of a business hotel when all of the other patrons are working on their PowerPoints. Overall, a good place to stay and see Munich for a few nights. Also quite reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels in the area.

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

Well, where shall I start. Basicly, it is a very good hotel. But often the details make up the exeperience. I enjoyed my stay. There are some issues I that could diminish the experience. Location: Central, close to the train station and bus station. Next shops are about 5 mins. by foot away, next good restaurant about 10 mins. In the early morning you can hear the traffic, the hotel is directly on a main road. So, if someone is sensitive to noise in the night, I cannot recommend a stay there. Cleanliness: Well.... that's an issue. I found some hair in the bathroom. An what I discovered was that apperently the cleaningstuff was to lazy to get off some dust an trash because the put it just unter the furniture that is unter the TV. Sorry, but something like this simply just should not happen! Room: I was happy with the room. It was big and my bed was soft and comfortable. I slept well. What I appreciated very much was that the holder for the bathroom towels was heated. That's pretty cool I encountered something like this the first time in a hotel. TV was OK so was the air condition. Style is typical for never hotels/business hotels. The furniture seemed a bit shabby. Service: the staff was (mostly) fantastic. I got everything I needed and I got it fast. They help you to get every information about the hotel that you need and they were very friendly. What was a bit strange is the fact that all the coworkers there were from spain. I think, one of them spoke german but everybody else english or spanish. So, they could not provide me with some information that I needed about Munich. That's the first time something like this has happened to me in a hotel. Bar: The bar is pretty cool and the drinks are good. A bit expensive but that was OK for such a hotel. Gym and spa: There is a gym and a spa but I had no time to try it. All in all I had a good experience and I would recommend the hotel.

This hotel is located a few train stops away (Station: Harras) from the central train station, so it was not difficult to get to it. The infrastructure of the city is such that getting around is relatively easy. One just has to follow the directions on a map, whether physical or online, and you are good to go. The check-in process was smooth. I realise getting up and walking to where my room is, that the hotel is quite large, so if you are not up to walking a lot; ask for a room close to the elevator. The room is large and well maintained. I appreciate the bottle of water on top of the minibar fridge for guests. There is a breakfast place just a short walk away if having breakfast at the hotel is not something you would like. Not a minor issue, but it does say in the directory of services that laundry items sent in before 8.30am would be returned by 7pm the same day. However, mine was not and luckily, I was not departing the hotel the next day. It was attributed to a manpower shortage, says the front desk team member; and I know it to be a prevalent issue worldwide. The internet connection in the room is also very slow, especially in the evenings, in my opinion. If you decide to forgo the servicing of your room, hang a “go green” pouch on the doorknob and you will receive a surprise gift. Aside from the bakery around the corner, there are a few eateries close by. Despite the shortcomings, it was an enjoyable, fuss-free stay.

I stayed here twice in September 2021 whilst on business in Germany (total 7 nights). Great location for me as very near to client's office and corona test facility. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby, bus and metro service on the doorstep. All the young staff, in the reception and restaurant, were friendly and efficient at all times. Always saying ”hello” when I entered the hotel. Breakfast was good and I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice. Tapas-style choices based on different cuisines - Bavarian, Italian, Spanish and Asian. Only minor complaint was the music in the restaurant, most of the time it was ”rap music” which is not what you want to hear first thing in the morning or when relaxing over dinner.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett aber nicht durchsetzungsstark..wollte alles an die Hotelleitung weitergeben und wir sollten doch bitte eine Mail an diese schreiben….hallo, wo bin ich hier!!!??? Wir hatten einen 2 Wochen-Aufenthalt gebucht und das nicht zum Schnäppchenpreis, die Gegenleistung war absolut enttäuschend und haben unsere Nerven schon ordentlich strapaziert. Das Management sollte sein Konzept generell mal überdenken…mehr eigene Präsenz und den Zustand der Zimmer mal kritisch betrachten. Einfach nur schade….

This is a great hotel. The staff is amazing, friendly and fun!!! My only issue was that the reception is not 24 hours/day and it's a little far from nightlife. However, the metro is a short walk and there is a taxi stand very close too. The bar was very lively on a weekday which is a good sign. The shower was incredible. Instant hot water and lots of pressure. The hotel was very clean. Oh, I cannot state this enough...the hotel staff are great people and made the visit more enjoyable.

We have been traveling in Europe now for 6 weeks and have stayed in many 4-5 star B&Bs, castles, manor houses and hotels and I have to say that the Relexa Hotel in Munich is the nicest Hotel we have stayed in so far! Our room is light, airy, very spacious, very clean, and modern. Big plus is that the AC is terrific, (currently heat wave is in progress and today is 97 degrees) the bed is huge Cal king size very comfortable and the shower is great! The staff have been very respectful, friendly and accommodating. Insulation must be great because the room is so quiet, you don’t hear traffic or people. Cathedral is just a couple of blocks away and in the room we do not hear the bells, amazing. We are having a very restful stay here. The hotel is in walking distance of the Marienplatz and very good laundry and dry cleaning facility just a block away. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Train station about a 10 min walk. Highly recommend you stay here if in Munich, you won’t be sorry!

Friendly and helpful front desk service by Tania! She's flexible too, allowing us to check in earlier coz we were drenched by rain and arranged for us to check in first. Room looks amazing and the kitchen is fully equipped. U Bahn is just 2mins away. S Bahn is slightly further away about 10mins walk (2 traffic lights) City centre is 15mins walk away, but with U Bahn, super convi. We had a good time at Schwan Locke. Love it! We will miss this place!

Posizione perfetta: si arriva in centro a Monaco in 20mins di passeggiata. Mezzi pubblici nelle strade antistanti l'hotel. Personale gentile e possibilita' di prendere bevande calde gratis 24/7 alla macchinetta della sala colazioni. Non tutto lo staff parlava inglese (ma e' un problema che abbiamo riscontrato ovunque a Monaco); la receptionist non sapeva dirci quanto costasse il parcheggio in strada e in quali fasce orarie si applicasse il pagamento; il posto in garage costa 9Euro al giorno. E' poco rispetto ai vari parcheggi coperti ma, quando ci hanno avvertiti che si era liberato un posto, nessuno ci ha informato del sovrapprezzo e al momento del conto nabbiamo ricevuto un'amara sorpresa. Abbiamo fatto rimuovere il lettino dalla stanza perche' lo spazio era davvero ristretto.
