Okay enough, average at best. We visited in Dec 2019, right at the dawn of new year. It was a small resort kind hotel. Rooms were average, nothing fancy. Washroom was good enough. Food options were limited, we had hoped for more options, especially nonveg options. Location was excellent, the views were breathtaking, there are hiking options available as well, enjoyed them! Overall, okay enough for the price you pay.

We stayed at Landy Queen for two nights in late December, and it was a very comfortable experience. The location is perfect – centrally located yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and prompt, making sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the washrooms, adding to the overall comfort. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Munnar!

Owner rani was warm and welcoming. Rooms are compact and only support timely cleaning. No cleaning staff available in the afternoon. Cups need to be washed on own. The location is good. Only stay no option of food available. Overall i will say my experience was average.

If you are planning with family i can it is an excellent choice. The staff is very very helpful. Location is amazing parking available, rooms are clean and awesome. We enjoyed our stay.
