The hotel is located at the prime location of munnar. The room was great, the only missing thing was an electric kettle which is a basic amenity in today’s hotel. The hotel staffs were friendly and the restaurant manager was very helpful. Overall the stay was great

Stayed for 02 nights with family. Good stay with restaurant. Food is good. Driver has some issue with refreshments and night car parking. Very less parking area.

The services of this hotel is not even close to the price that was paid by us. In the app they show different rooms and here they gave us the worst room possible and asked us to pay them extra 500 for changing to the room that they showed in the app. The description specifies about balcony view and stuff and the view we had was the balcony of another balcony of the hotel that's right beside ours. It was a terrible experience.

Good location, near to ksrtc bus stand. Room was also clean with views to the hills. Breakfast was also good.

Booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights with family. Hotel is in good location and the morning breakfast is also good. It tastes tamilnadu style. Couple of points for improvements: 1. Tv is not getting signal which need to be looked at. 2. Need to consider keeping 2 water bottles in the room as complementary instead of 1 which is very less. Considering 2 people 2 water bottles are the minimum. Otherwise the rooms are clean and hot water is coming round the clock. Room service is also good.

Overall stay is amazing. Property is having own restaurant which is an added advantage and food price is reasonable. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Bell-mount management can make a note a provide electric kettle in all rooms.
