The hospitality is top notch, very casual yet very good. Breakfast options are limited and so are the lunch and dinner menu as it can seem repetitative to those who stay longer. The free snacks for Chrismas was highly appreciated and looked forward to daily. The free drink voucher per stay was an icing to the cake. Will definitely repeat if I am back in Perth.

We have wonderful experience staying in Courtyard. Free welcome drinks, free bottled water, complimentary chocolates and complimentary drinks at their restaurant. The hotel is new and has modern design. We love the view from our room overlooking the city. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. 5 minutes walk to train station. Amazing service! Excellent breakfast!

Check in was quick and easy with a welcome drink for each of us so that was a good start. Plenty of signages in carpark to direct u to the drop hotel lift lobby within carpark but car had to be parked somewhere else. Room was comfy and there's a stool provided in the shower (good for old pple). We booked a room with 2 double beds meant for 4 pax but found the double bed to be a little small. Bfast was a little disappointment as we expected the full buffet but you can only order hot food from a menu and the buffet portion was only for the pastries, cereals and cold food. However, food was yummy. Price was worth it for the stay.

The hotel was new, the place was clean, service staff was helpful, and location was quite central. However, we had rented a car, and parking in the same building was very expensive. I think it was up to 50aud per night. We had to find public parking close by and the cheapest was 21 aud per night.

When talk abt Marriott its all about the quality. This is a new hotel & everything was good. Stayed there for a nite only but had a late check in & thus no dine in service. Carpark was free due to the renovation, however was told that there will be a charge after the renovation is completed. The downtime is that we have to park further as the carpark nearby to the e hotel was for residence. Can you imagine that we had to drag our luggages just to go to chk in. Everything above all, I love the quality Marriott had never fail me.

Neat and clean in the room. The bed is good to sleep. The staff is helpful and polite. We stay 4 nights in this hotel.

Nice hotel. Room was great. Food at restaurant was good. Not much in the area except hospital related services.

50 dollars for public parking(25 a day, charge you another 25 after 6am)

Very nice and helpful staff, spacious room, close to the bus and train station. Free parking, but we took a bit more time to find as we missed the hotel parking sign and drove further. It was actually just under the hotel building. Nice stay and definitely will come back next time!

Location is off the city . But there free car parking . Decent breakfast Clean and nice for a good sleep .
