Hotel dengan Bar di Muscat

Location is good, but they problem with towels they don't provide enough towels or floor towel even when asked from room service they just brought one towel, and it was old please try to get some new towels.

During my recent sojourn to Oman, had the pleasure of staying a few days at this incredible hotel. Where I was greeted by the bellboy Naveen who was incredibly professional. The front desk made the transit from there to my room quite seamless, thanks to Jumana. Balarab, together with Naveen, Hadeel, Balqees, Shakira, Jannat, Auf, Ahmed and bellboy Sabhya looked after my change of room, from to moving the luggage during that little transit, thanks to the boys and girls for making it incredibly smooth and pleasant during my stay. Breakfast spread needs work as it’s quite limited and not at the quality that the hotel of such caliber deserves, although waiting staff in Lovi, Moon, Sandeep, Kumar, Lindo et al together with Chef James did whatever they could to help cater to my requests, given how limited the resources were. I thank them for their efforts. Last but no the least I got to thank the Housekeeping team of Kalpesh, Prabhu, Aamir, Bala lead quite efficiently by Mr. Shyju, who always went above and beyond to cater to my requirements/requets, given, I had special requests for laundry and dry cleaning, which was always met with an assertive affirmative response, no matter how busy the team were.

كانت إقامة رائعة في فندق تحت إدارة الشيراتون ماريوت ، خدمة ممتازة ع مدار الساعة ،يتوفر عشاء السبلة العمانية كل مساء خميس ،موظفون المطعم من طهاة وعاملين على قدر من الاحترافية والتعاون ،بشوشين وخلوقين، يستحق التجربة ،وتحية لمدير المطعم والطاهي طلال ،هناك شئ مميز يوجد لديهم مسبحين واحد عام والآخر خاص يمكنك حجزه لمدة 45 دق لك ولعائلتك، والافطار مميز ومتنوع والمكان جميل جدا.

Everything from the moment we checked-in till we left, was perfect the staff were really cheerful and welcoming, rooms are amazing, facilities were beautiful the food was so delicious. I simply enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback and recommend the hotel to my friends

Staying at the Shangri La Al Husn Muscat has been one of the highlights of our time in the Middle East. We decided to go for my girlfriends birthday and the team worked exceptionally well with me to deliver a unforgettable experience. Getting to the Shangri La was a bit of a challenge and taxis do not come cheap in Oman. Though it was not challenging I do wish there was a pickup/drop off option for the guests. The inclusive breakfast was wonderful and ordering off the menu assured that everything you ordered stayed fresh. There was a mixup with our order due to a language barrier but the food was still phenomenal. The in room breakfast and room service was a highlight as it allowed you to take full advantage of the room and with the inbuilt heaters in the dining table assured the food stayed hot. The value for money on in room dining was disappointing as an order of a burger and fries came with a small amount of fries, however that was fixed with our next order. The afternoon tea was delicious, highlights being the fromage and watermelon and the scones. Each afternoon tea was different and kept the palate excited. The happy hour beverages were also included and always came with a suprise canapé from the restaurant. In terms of the staycation, it was perfect. The interior and exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the sound of the ocean left you relaxed for the stay. I would like to raise that there was a lot of sealife by the beach which deterred us from swimming in the sea as we had heard a lot about the Omani coast and didn’t have much confidence in the beach patrol and lifeguards there. We noticed some playing on their phones but they were always happy to assist taking a picture for the two of us. I would suggest a more upfront approach when it comes to what you can expect in the sea there. A visitors lounge was also available allowing you to take full opportunity of the facilities till you left for your next adventure.

The Muscate Holiday Hotel was very good and especially its restaurant and buffet service. I must say the deserts were always varied and the fruit displayed in a very creative way. The entrance Hall and the reception area were too shiny for my personal taste, but contrasted with the bedrooms whose decoration was sober.

Excellent & friendly staff ( from bell boy to reception to housekeeping to restaurant’s) . What more is needed at a 5 star property located at a 5 star place ( Al mouj Muscat ) . It was my wife’s birthday & they went the extra mile with cheese birthday cake & rose petal decorations on bed . It made my wife’s day .

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته فندق هرمز من أفضل الفنادق الذي سكنت فيه طاقم الاكل مقدمين الاكل بشوشين وجدا محترمين شباب عمانين والنعم فيهم بصراحه والفندق قريب من المطار وقريب من الشارع العام لذلك ارتاح للفندق واوجه شكري لمحمد المحروقي موظف في قمه الاحترام ويساعدك بكل ما تحتاج له ويستقبلك بروح طيبه جدا وبشوش ف اتمنى من ادراه الفندق لا تفرط في مثل هذيلا الأشخاص لانه والنعم فيهم ولكل العمانين العاملين في خدمه هذا الفندق الراقي للااخ محمد المحروقي ولك مني كل الاحترام والتقدير إن قلت شكراً فشكري لن يوفيكم، حقّاً سعيتم فكان السّعي مشكوراً، إن جفّ حبري عن التّعبير يكتبكم قلب به صفاء الحبّ تعبيراً.

اخترنا فندق كراون بلازا مسقط وكانت الاقامه فيه لمدة يومين وكانت خدمة الغرف والنظافه ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد الفارسي ف حجز الغرف وفي تلبية جميع احتاجاتناوكان في قمة الاحترام وخير من رحب بنا وخدمة الافطار والعشاء ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد في عمل عيد ميلاد ابنتي في مطعم الفندق واشكر جميع طاقم مطعم موزيك وتحيه لكل العاملين في الفندق وبالاخص احمد الفارسي
