We have a upcoming trip. We purchased this for the amount of $2400. We went back on the site and the price was for $1800. We asked the hotel to honor the price and they told us that they would not. They said it was a glitch in the system and they arent able to do anything. I think its very unfair and considering that we booked directly through them , you would think they would at least honor a confirm discount/ difference refunded or a confirmed upgrade room. But no, they were no assistance at all and just continued to say it was glitch on their end . Having not even stayed at the hotel yet, but to experience this type of customer service is really a bummer and makes me nervous to see how the customer service will be when we arrive especially if there is an error on their behalf. They are not willing to help and only care about taking your money regardless of the errors on their behalf. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

If you want a place with with steep stairs, a sink abutting your bed, surly staff who insult you if you do not like undercooked eggs, and who stiff you when you check out early, this is the place to go! More like nightmare Mykonos. My husband and I were in fear for our life trying to get into and out of our room. We have visited Greece several times and never encountered anyplace this awful.

This hotel was a dream for us. we had booked 2 villas. our suite had the patio and pool facing the water. beautiful view but received all of the wind gust. it made it cold in the pool area but i would not have traded the view. rooms were clean and staff was awesome from pick up to check out. perfect location for quiet and not far from all of the main areas. the villa even had a carport. if you decide to rent a car or motor bike parking was not a problem. we had lunch one day by the main pool and it was delicious. they have a few cats that hang around but they didn't bother us. a separate group were not receptive to the cats in the area and the waiter coaxed them out of the area. pool was cleaned and maintained daily and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. i will visit this hotel again and also advise others to book there. there was a single negative. it seemed our toilet was above a septic system or something because it emitted an odor. the shower was next to the water closet but no odors came from the drain in there. it was not overpowering but it was noticeable. the photos on the hotels website are pretty accurate, so i will not post any additional. thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This place was mostly great. Good value for money, decent rooms, lovely breakfast and fantastic service from the staff. One major downfall was there was no shade by the pool. Please include some umbrella's. We were unable to use the pool area the whole time which was very disappointing for our stay. There was a lot of windsurfers staying there as this particular bay seemed to catch the wind this time of year. That's helpful to know if your prefer somewhere less windy. I believe they also offer airport transfer which is a bonus, we however had a hire car for our stay.

As a family of 8, from USA kids age ranging from 8 to 17, we rented 2 villas but would have been fine with 1. Upon our arrival, all the staff made sure we were comfortable and hurried to get our villas ready before the check in time. The resort is a little remote from the center of the action which makes it much more relaxing. You can easily find transportation to the center where shops and restaurants are and we had the same taxi our whole stay which was arranged by the resort. Although they were fully booked, the place was amazingly quiet and made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. With the villas, the breakfast was extra and there is no service to the villas except to transport suitcases. We had 2 bedrooms with huge beds and there were 2 single beds nested in the living room. 3 bedrooms, AC working very well, comfortable mattresses and pillows.Yes, the villas are a little walk in the street from the hotel but totally manageable( flat shoes recommended). We had our private pools although the kids enjoyed the resort pool. It was very quiet and more like a honeymoon atmosphere so the kids easily remained quiet. The food is good and they have plenty of drinks with continuous service. It was really an amazing place totally worth it. Definitely hope to return.

This hotel checked all our boxes: minimize stairs and be close to the action (a 15 minute walk to the beaches and restaurants) but quiet. Our room gave us the Greek feel, it was compact but well thoughtout with room to store your stuff. It did take a day to get used to scooting off the end of the bed though. The bed was very comfortable but framed by the walls. Room 111 has the best patio. Its large and on the end with seating for two, a hot tub and the best views of the kite surfers and sunset everyday. The staff were all very helpful especially Christina our server. She always had a smile at breakfast (which was included in our package) and she can make a great cocktail. I would recommend an upgrade in towels to match the quality of this property. Thanks Dreambox for making our 30th anniversary memorable.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and we were very happy with everything. The service was amazing and everything was thought of. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect to walk into Ornos and to explore the rest of the island from with transport. The pool was lovely to swim in and the view just incredible. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided with a turn down service on the bed. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for a week in June 2022 for a large wedding and loved the hotel! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. In particular when our airline canceled our 5AM flight at 4AM, the hotel had us come back to our room and we were able to go back to sleep and they were kind enough to let us keep our room until 4PM. Every single team member we encountered went out of their way to help us all week especially sweet Elen! We had the room on the highest point of the hotel and had unbelievable views and breezes off the water. The hotel was very close proximity to Ornos Beach and a short drive to Mykonos Town. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very bad experiences! Such an awful hotel! will never recommend it. Sewerage smelled everywhere in the villa and Goats are around🤢 No room serves for the villas! And the span out of serves always so you have to pay cash! The lobby is far away from the villas and no golf car.
