Second tier resort with ok facilities but poor room cleaning. Stayed for 3 days in early October, booked direct with full board (includes buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner and drinks at meal times). Most people are all inclusive. No wines by the glass and their cheapest (bad; 1st bottle was corked) rose was 13.5€. Weather was OK- warm but some cloud and wind. Staff especially in the restaurant and the entertainment team work hard. Food was OK - self serve icecream, desserts, pizza and pasta were great. Would have been bored of food if we stayed for a week. Food variety not as good as in Turkey. Pool and beach jetty were nice and slides were fun- we all got some minor scrapes. Hotel is aged although public areas are in ok condition. Biggest let down was the state of the room - adjoining room for the kids was great but the rooms were poorly cleaned; hairs on floors, sheets and in cupboards and the walls and floor needed a good clean. My wife was depressed spending time in the room as she likes things clean. Really needed a deep clean. House keeping never made up our room over our 2 night stay despite having a make up my room sign on the door. Price was reasonable though - next time would pay more for somewhere nicer and/or cleaner but could be worth it if you get a bargain and aren't so fussed about room cleanliness.

Ramzi (General Manager) is a top tier manager, he is very hospitable and can deal with complex requests with ease. I stayed here back in December 2022 and return a year later with 27 members of my family for dinner and had an amazing family meal that we all keep dear in our hearts. All of the beach bar staff (especially Fawzi) are awesome and always smiling. I always pay a visit when I’m in Hammamet

I was spent 8 unforgettable days in this georgious 5* hotel. The room, the staff, the food, the beach everything was just perfect. The hotel is very clean, every area has cleaned daily. The food is amazing. There is very good espresso , you may choose to make yourself an Italian espresso ( capsule) or to order whatever coffee do you prefer ( no extra fees) The wine and cocktails are very good. I definitely recommend .

Our first time staying in la badira , it was an amazing experience ,high standard amazing people and staff we loved out room the view ( even though we hated that there were some construction work in front of it) but everything was on point we enjoyed the bar the restaurant, the private beach , we highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back. Guys! If you are planning to visit Hammamet than Hotel Bel Azur will definitely the best choice. Everything is there. I really enjoyed the Thalasso Seawater pool (indoor & outdoor) with the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Entrance fees are affordable too. Highly recommend!
