Hotel Nadi dengan Spa

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs including carrying out heavy luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. They even allowed our visitors in which I find very rare. They also carried our food up to our balcony which was great. We had the Sunset suite at the very top - awesome view! Our room was nice and clean, super nice air con in the room and lounge area. Really nice kitchen area with a massive new fridge. Very convenient with the supermarket up the road and beachfront to chill. The ocean was sooo nice and hot to swim in. Downfall: Some of the levels smell like damp, wet carpet and was really bad . Some of our dishes were so dirty and their were cockroaches in the toaster, microwave and jug. Would be great to have a volley ball net on the beach and some activities on offer for guests such as horse riding & snorkelling etc. Also some entertainment would be great as the music next door was the only entertainment we got but sometimes it was far too loud that we couldn’t sleep. There was no fire show or kava ceremony and we were looking forward to that! The food at the ghost ship bar was really good especially the pizza and curry dishes! Be good if reception could help guests find the best taxi prices as some Of the locals that stand on the road really take advantage of travellers and charge you the world. We did have a great stay in the end! I would recommend this if you want to stay near town, the airport and want to experience outside of Denarau. Denarau did get boring for me sometimes so I liked this experience this time around.

Staffs are very helpful, both receptions and security guard. Bathroom is small and a bit dirty. We stayed for only one night as a transit hotel so, it was acceptable.

My wife and I spent 7 amazing nights here! The resort has everything, you don’t even have to leave! You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.

Llegamos a Nadi un dia por la tarde-noche, cansados y bastante afectados por el humedo calor que reina en la isla. Al llegar al hotel nos prepararon algo para cenar dado que el restaurante ya estaba cerrado pero fue mas que suficiente. Despues de cenar, nos informaron que las normas de covid en Fiyi, obligan a hacer un test de antigenos antes de salir a la calle. Nosotros desconociamos esta normativa por lo que nos quedamos sin saber como actuar, acababamos de llegar a un paisdesconocido, nuestro nivel de ingles es muy limitado y lo veiamos todo muy *****. El director del hotel, al vernos tan nerviosos, se ofreció a solucionarnos el tramite del test de antigenos y nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos, que el lo organizaba todo para el dia siguiente. Al la mañana siguiente, despues de desayunar unas enfermeras vinieron al hotel, nos hicieron el test y en 30 minutos deisponiamos del correspondiente certificado oficial para poder viajar por el pais. Pero aqui no acaba el trabajo del director del hotel. Despues nos pregunto que ruta queriamos hacer y nos comprobó todas las reservas de hotel que teniamos hechas y nos facilitó los tickets para los ferrys necesarios. Sin coste extra alguno.Tambien nos facilito los transfers de recogida al regreso de las islas y el traslado al aeropuerto...esto si tuvo un coste adicional pero valió la pena por la efectividad con que se cumplió todo lo acordado. Este hotel es un negocio familiar y aparte del servicio de hotel, ofrece un servicio de agencia de viajes practicamente sin coste adicional y despues de haber pasado dos semanas y visitado 4 diferentes islas con sus correspondientes desplazamientos hemos de agradecer el servicio prestado. Ah , me olvidaba, el ultimo dia, antes del regreso a Sidney, y de camino al aeropuerto, nos llevaron a una clinica donde nos hicieran el test de antignos para poder entrar a Australia y nos dieron el certificado oficial. Mejor servicio o se puede pedir

The position is good the food good and the prices are ok the only fault for us was noise, every time someone shuts their door it echoes through the whole floor. The front rooms get the added noise from the outside bars and restaurants

Reception comes with a warm welcome, then the real thing started. Finding a room with Aircond took 1 hour. In an area with no taxi, reception often mark up $10 for calling one for you. No food or store around, hotel food close at 6pm. There is thief trying to get in and knock on doors from 8pm to 1am. They are led by security to check if no one then open the door to search for valuables. Reception and a strong guy knock on the door at 1am and told me to pay again by cash because my previous payment card denied. I show them my credit debit record, and refused to be rip off. There is bed bugs and cockroach in the room as well as on the bed. Water from tab is yellow. Given 2 small soap, no shampoo, no others I would suggest to take something with free airport pick up. Never recommend this hotel as it’s a rip off.

Overall we had a really nice stay at this resort. We were in an ocean front bure for 3 nights - the bure itself is very spacious, well appointed and has beautiful views out over the ocean - sitting on the deck at sunset was incredible (see photos)! The resort gardens are beautiful, a real credit to the landscapers - walking back and forth to our bure was like strolling through a tropical paradise. The food was a little hit and miss: breakfast was fantastic and heaps of it (we didn't need lunch), but dinner was so-so. The Indian buffet dinner was the best (very flavoursome), but the food from their alfresco restaurant (Tavu) was overpriced and average quality. Overall all the food is pretty expensive too - as a couple we were able to manage it, but it could be a bit eye-watering for a family or larger group. The bottled water is a total rip-off - cocktails, beers and spirits were actually better value, only $15 FJD for a cocktail, and they were delicious (compared to the price in Australia for a cocktail, this is a bargain!). The service was outstanding, all the staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful. Booking activities and tours was really easy though their tour desk, and there were taxis readily available out the front if you needed to go somewhere. Don't come here if you're looking for a white sandy beach and clear ocean water (most resorts on the main island don't have this at any rate), but the pool is superb and there's lots of lovely areas with sunbeds under the coconut palms to relax, with sweeping ocean views to the islands beyond. Swimming in the ocean is possible, but there is a large rocky surfbreak along most of the resort to prevent ocean surges during storms. Would definitely recommend staying here for 2 or 3 nights, we thought it was a great ”gap filler stay” between being out on the smaller Western islands and flying out of Nadi to come home. Only 20-30 mins drive from Nadi airport/Port Denaru, and being on it's own little outcrop of land, it has a lovely isolated island feel (there is a little ferry that takes you to and from the resort as there is no road access, this runs 24/7 and requires no booking). Vinaka Double Tree!

1 and half Star hotel bit over priced since its run down but great location to everything in the area , always found the beds ok but really needs new linens, I've stayed here many times over the years . Helpful staff but like any hotel its best to keep your bags locked , Lunch and dinner has always been great , better to buy breakfast or you will just be given the very basic cereal and toast , pool always clean , TVS DO NOT WORK . If your a fuzzy person dont stay here . No free wifi
