I couldn't wait to write a glowing review for this hotel the moment I checked out. With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, they gifted us a large box of mooncakes upon check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch! As a guest, you get free access to the scenic area, and the gardens are incredibly relaxing. For the evening performance, there's a dedicated entrance, saving a lot of time. The hot springs were also amazing; after watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' they had already drawn a bath for us. Soaking under the osmanthus trees in the courtyard, enveloped in the scent of autumn, I had the most peaceful sleep. I visit Xi'an every year, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in here. Next time, I hope to bring my family for a short stay.

The hotel environment is really great, with lots of greenery and trees everywhere, making for a very comfortable stay. This time I stayed for quite a while, and the butler was wonderfully attentive throughout my stay, always responding promptly to any requests and handling them with incredible patience. They even helped me find something I accidentally left behind right away, which was a huge relief when traveling with kids. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and choosing a package for a long stay offers great value for money. The only minor suggestion is that the restaurant food was a bit bland, so we opted to eat out for a few days. However, the overall experience was still very good, and I would definitely consider this hotel again for our next family trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. While the room facilities are a bit dated, overall it's still very good. I stayed at the W Xi'an during the National Day holiday. Given how busy it was and the extreme shortage of rooms, I wasn't expecting a room upgrade. However, to my surprise, I was upgraded to a suite during check-in, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The hotel perfectly blends the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty with trendy, modern design. The public areas have a great vibe, making every photo opportunity a perfect shot. The upgraded suite was spacious, comfortably laid out, and offered excellent views. The hardware facilities were also well-maintained. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful; despite the pressure of a full house, they provided hospitality that exceeded expectations, which is truly remarkable. Overall, the stay was a delightful surprise. It truly lives up to its reputation as Asia's flagship W hotel. It's definitely a worthwhile choice when visiting Xi'an, and I'll prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an for six consecutive days, deeply experiencing the historical and cultural charm of Xi'an's ancient city, enjoying the local cuisine, and also feeling the comfort and coziness of the hotel. I extended my stay for another three days, making it a total of nine days, exploring the ancient city while also enjoying the hotel's atmosphere and environment. What's even more worth mentioning is the hotel's infinity pool, which is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There's also a warm jacuzzi with water jets that my child absolutely loved. During our nine-day stay, we spent an hour or two in the pool every day, and my child even learned how to swim breaststroke! Furthermore, the hotel's staff member, Judy, provided us with consultation and assistance throughout our stay, and we are very grateful for her help!

The service was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, staff on the ground floor came to help us with our luggage and escorted us to the lobby. During check-in, they thoughtfully offered us water. Any questions we had were addressed immediately by phone. Great value for money!

Stayed here for a business trip and it was a perfect experience overall. The location is convenient with easy parking. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their efficient check-in process and the free luggage storage. The room had a spacious desk, ideal for working, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Housekeeping did a thorough job daily. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay, making everything stress-free. It's definitely my top choice for business travel!

My first trip to Wuhan, and staying at The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan, truly exceeded my expectations – I'm incredibly impressed! Stepping out of the elevator, a subtle, woody fragrance enveloped me, creating a relaxed and soothing ambiance. During check-in, the staff member Jessie escorted us to our room, providing a tour. She was consistently gentle, meticulous, patient, and thorough in her explanations, making for an excellent service experience. We booked a room with executive lounge access, and the room offered expansive, open views. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the Executive Lounge. It truly lives up to its reputation as arguably the largest executive lounge in Asia; the views are superb, and the overall offerings are completely worth the value. The food selection was rich and diverse; compared to executive lounges in hotels of similar caliber, the quality and variety were genuinely impressive, and the desserts were particularly stunning. The hotel's Executive Lounge offers five food presentations throughout the day, and we experienced all but afternoon tea. The evening dining atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. After 8:30 PM, during the dessert and drinks session, we could even order custom-made cocktails. My friends and I enjoyed drinks, chatted, and played games until closing time, spending two very relaxing and enjoyable days.

If you love the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, the Westin's location is unbeatable. The service was meticulous, and the Executive Lounge offers a fantastic view of the Pagoda. The concierge team was also very helpful with sending and receiving packages and preparing breakfast in advance. Overall, my experience was excellent! Of course, there was a minor hiccup. On the 16th day of the first ***** month, we used a hotel voucher to rent Tang dynasty costumes and get makeup done at a shop on the first floor. The convenience of its proximity and location was great. However, when we returned to the lobby, my child's headpiece was too tight, causing a headache, and she needed to sit down to adjust it. We sat down in a consumer area, and a bar attendant instantly appeared, telling us we couldn't sit there without making a purchase. The speed of their appearance definitely left a bad impression, especially since my child was complaining of a headache, and the attendant quickly urged us to leave. Personally, I feel that if the staff had asked if we were hotel guests and the reason for sitting, and then offered a suggestion or reminder, it would have felt more thoughtful. Furthermore, when we left, there was an empty table nearby with foreigners sitting there, and no one told them to leave, which made the situation even stranger. All in all, this minor incident doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Our short two-day stay was still very good, and I want to thank Candy and all the staff for their five-star service.
