The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions โ everything is easily accessible within walking distance.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles and professionalism made my stay truly pleasant and comfortable.
I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotelโs attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay.
Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!

Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wifeโs birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there.
Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

Everything met my expectations for comfort and good service.
The room was nicely furnished, very spacious, and felt peaceful and private. The hotel's location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept.
I was especially impressed by the staff. The front desk team was very professional and took care of everything we needed. The housekeeping was also excellentโthey kept the room spotlessly clean without ever being intrusive.
The whole stay felt smooth and relaxed, which is exactly what you want. Itโs the kind of consistent, quality experience that makes me definitely want to stay here again when I'm back in Xi'an.

Perkhidmatan pelayan peribadi Tongtong sangat baik. Bilik tidak bersedia semasa saya pergi ke sana Bilik itu agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan menghantar pemanas udara. JJunmoyigeThis was my first stay at the Sofitel Legend Xi'an, the only Sofitel Legend property in mainland China under Accor's luxury brand. The hotel boasts an excellent location at 319 Dongxin Street, Xincheng District, Xi'an, close to many historical sites like the Bell Tower. The People's Mansion complex at 319 Dongxin Street houses four hotels: Sofitel Legend Xi'an, Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square, Grand Mercure Xi'an on Renmin Square, and Mercure Xi'an on Renmin Square. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, making transportation incredibly convenient.
After the founding of New China in 1949, to meet the needs of official foreignๆฅๅพ
, the Xi'an People's Mansion was established in 1953 in the ancient capital of Xi'an. It was then the largest, best-equipped, and highest-standard foreign affairs guesthouse in the Northwest region, initiated and overseen by the leaders of the Northwest Military and Political Committee. In the early 21st century, with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the flourishing tourism industry, under the unified leadership of Shaanxi Investment Group Co., Ltd., the People's Mansion entrusted Accor Group Hotel Management Company to professionally operate and manage the hotel cluster within the complex. Significant funds were invested, initiating a continuous upgrade and renovation project that lasted over ten years. This ultimately resulted in the creation of Mercure, Grand Mercure, Sofitel, and the fifth and only Sofitel Legend hotel in the world located in China.
To the east is the Sofitel International Convention and Exhibition Center, which officially opened after 2000. This center features a pillar-less grand ballroom, 11 multi-functional meeting rooms, and a specialty Chinese restaurant. To the west is the Sofitel People's Theater. The theater, built in 1954, was renovated and upgraded after 2000, becoming an important venue for political and cultural activities in Shaanxi Province and even the entire Northwest region. From 1953 to 1974, the People's Mansion was not open to the public, with its main entrance guarded by Chinese People's Liberation Army soldiers, conveying both a sense of solemn strictness and an intriguing mystery of that era. In 2014, Building 1 of Xi'an People's Mansion completed its refurbishment. Building 1 of the People's Mansion stands in the heart of the ancient capital, carrying the city's glorious memories since 1953. It once served as an important venue for receiving state guests, and has now been magnificently transformed into the Sofitel Legend Xi'an, retaining its historical heritage while exuding a new brilliance of French elegance and contemporary luxury.
The Sofitel Legend Xi'an embodies luxury that is never ostentatious; it is subtly hidden in meticulously crafted details. We firmly believe that true respect goes beyond magnificent spaces and lies in a refined response to lifestyle.
The Sofitel Legend hotel has eight floors. The basement houses the spa, the ground floor features the lobby, with the front desk on the left, along with a swimming pool, a museum, a fitness center, and the Roman Holiday Italian Restaurant. The second floor offers meeting rooms and a business center.
The hotel offers four types of suites: a 61 sqm Premier Suite, a 98 sqm Luxury Premier Suite, a 133 sqm Imperial Suite, and a 183 sqm Chang'an Suite.
The 61 sqm Premier Suite is well-designed, with a quiet and comfortable room and fresh, pleasant air. Upon entering, there's a living room with a minibar, followed by the bedroom. Beyond the bedroom, there's a bathtub and a separate wet and dry bathroom with a shower.
The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. During check-in, they proactively introduced nearby attractions and transportation routes โ highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room facilities were excellent, and our private butler was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and made perfect arrangements. Our room was even specially decorated with fresh flowers. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the private hot spring after watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance.
The complimentary services offered by the hotel were also great. The Baoji Pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and the hot springs were truly super comfortable.
The complimentary bespoke 'Jinghong' photoshoot exceeded our expectations. From the initial contact, they were incredibly thorough and patient, meticulously handling scheduling and all the details. The subsequent makeup session and photoshoot were also very professional and patient. The makeup was outstanding, and the photographer was highly skilled, guiding me with poses so I didn't have to worry about not knowing how to pose for photos. The post-shoot photo selection process was also very thoughtful.
Overall, it was a perfectly memorable anniversary experience!

AAnonymous UserThe Grand Hyatt Xi'an is absolutely fantastic! First off, the hotel feels very new and has a super stylish design. The service was excellent too; check-in was incredibly smooth, and every time I arrived by taxi, someone was immediately there to open the door for me. My room was on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. The bathroom and shower are separate, and the bathtub is huge, making for a really comfortable soak.
And I absolutely have to rave about the hotel's buffet restaurant โ I loved it so much, the food was delicious! The breakfast selection is massive, so much so that you can't possibly try everything. The Roujiamo (meat burger) was fantastic, and they even had Japanese-style onsen eggs, which was a delightful surprise. The dinner buffet was equally impressive, with items like mini lobsters, and especially the desserts โ they use high-quality ingredients, look stunning, and aren't overly sweet or cloying!

Piping hot complimentary late-night desserts are delivered promptly at 9 PM โ a true lifesaver for anyone hungry after dark! My husband is picky about his sleep, but they actually offer buckwheat hull pillows, and with two height options, it cured his neck pain anxiety. The front desk staff are incredibly efficient, whether it's for check-in/check-out or room changes. I accidentally left some clothes behind, and a staff member proactively called to ask if I wanted them mailed. Compared to other hotels where forgotten items vanish without a trace, their service truly stands out! You'll understand what it's like to โbe pampered like a VIPโ once you've stayed here.

You can quickly cycle to the Bell and Drum Towers from here. Despite its central location, it's nestled in a very quiet, private courtyard, giving you a sense of peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Strolling through the courtyard, you can feel the profound historical changes Xi'an has undergone since the founding of the PRC. While some of the facilities inevitably show their age, you can tell they're diligently maintained. Upon arrival, an attendant will help carry your luggage to your room. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and courteous, resolving issues very quickly. Communication with Sofitel Legend Peoples Grand Hotel Xian was also seamless, and they facilitated the transfer of our luggage. I accidentally left a few items behind during check-in, but they handled the communication within minutes and had my belongings delivered to my new room at Sofitel Legend. Knowing our new room wasn't ready yet, they proactively helped with communication and offered a late check-out, making guests feel a profound sense of warmth, like coming home, especially during the New Year period. This level of service efficiency and attitude truly deserves praise. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the freshly made waffles are absolutely delicious โ soft, sweet, and chewy. The only minor drawback was the crowd at breakfast during the New Year, but the tables were cleared quite promptly, and the cleaning staff worked incredibly hard.

1. **Pre-Arrival Contact:** No one contacted me before my arrival.
2. **Butler Service:** This hotel doesn't offer butler service.
3. **Kids' Breakfast:** When checking in, I asked the front desk if they could provide a complimentary children's breakfast, but they couldn't.
4. **Hotel WeChat:** I asked the front desk if the hotel had a WeChat account. They informed me that they don't use WeChat for communication and that guests should call the front desk for any inquiries.
5. **New Year's Eve Dinner:** We booked the New Year's Eve dinner for 2888 RMB. The value for money was just so-so, but I guess that's expected for a holiday. They did have a raffle, and it seemed like everyone won a prize, which made up for the value issue a bit.
6. **Post-Departure Contact:** Someone finally sent a message to check in after I had already left.
7. **Executive Lounge:** The executive lounge was quite good, but everything else was just average.
8. **Management Presence:** While having dinner, I saw the restaurant manager. During the day, I also saw the Director of Rooms on the first floor. It seemed like all the other senior executives might have been on holiday!
9. **Stay Duration:** We spent four days and three nights in Xi'an for New Year's and stayed at this hotel for three nights.
10. **Breakfast:** I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on it. My child ate my portion. I don't usually eat breakfast anyway, so whether or not a complimentary children's breakfast was offered wasn't a big deal for me.
11. **Comparison with Other Hotels:** My next destination is Kunming, and I'm staying at a Four Points by Sheraton. Even before arriving, the reservations staff actively contacted me, which is a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, where no one bothered to reach out.
12. **Location:** The hotel is located in the high-tech zone. Although there's a subway station right outside, it's quite a distance from the city center, so we had to take taxis everywhere.
13. **Nearby Amenities:** There's a shopping mall next to the hotel, and a Starbucks can be found by exiting through the back door on the first floor.
14. **Future Stays:** For someone who only stays at the Ritz, I'd probably stay here again next time. Otherwise, I might consider newer hotels like newly opened Courtyards, Element Hotels, or Marriotts. Newly opened Courtyards are usually quite good!

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Xi'an, and after sifting through many hotels, I finally chose The Westin. Its location is excellent, truly first-rate. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with Joy City right across the street offering great food and shopping. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is nearby, and Datang Everbright City is just to the right of the hotel โ so, so convenient! The hotel's service is also commendable, very attentive and thorough. The gentleman who helped me check in was incredibly dedicated and thoughtful, though I regret not catching his name. Highly, highly recommend!

MM332584****When traveling to Xi'an, I prioritize hotel location, convenience for getting around, and nearby dining options. This hotel perfectly hit all my requirements, so it definitely deserves a full five-star rating!
There's a subway station right across the street from the hotel! It's also next to Guangji Street for food, and close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the City God Temple. The location is absolutely fantastic! So convenient and efficient. During check-in, they kindly offered us black tea and provided information on transportation, local cuisine, and tourist attractions.
The room was clean and tidy, with warm sunlight streaming in. Although the front desk mentioned during check-in that some floors were still undergoing renovation and there might be some noise during the day, we didn't hear anything during our stay.
The hotel's buffet breakfast, while not overly extravagant, was more than sufficient for me. They had hot and cold dishes, congee with side dishes, and local specialties like Hu La Tang (spicy soup), You Cha (oil tea), and Doufu Nao (tofu pudding). Plus, there's a free laundry room. This stay was truly perfect, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again when I'm back in the city for business!

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I donโt speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.
