The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

From hair and makeup to clothing, a professional team meticulously created full Tang-style looks for us. The makeup artist's techniques were delicate, and both the hair accessories and makeup aimed to authentically recreate the splendor of the Tang Dynasty. Donning the gorgeous Tang-era Hanfu, we instantly transformed into characters from a painting. Our photographer was not only highly skilled but also deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Huaqing Palace. He guided us through pavilions, terraces, and hot spring pools, choosing the best lighting and angles to perfectly blend the beauty of Mount Li with our poses. Whether it was the languid charm of a concubine bathing or the classic elegance of gazing into the distance from a railing, each photo was like a beautiful ancient-style scroll, immortalizing our Tang Dynasty memories. Room facilities include an air purifier, coffee machine ☕️, and a smart toilet! The smart room control system is very convenient! The housekeeping staff are meticulous and thorough, keeping the room spotlessly clean! The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light! Maria from guest relations called in advance to arrange room services, which was very thoughtful. The room she arranged also had a great view! The afternoon tea and meals at the executive lounge, while simple, were still of good quality. It was a very pleasant experience! I'll definitely be back!

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

The hotel is directly opposite the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you can see it from the breakfast area while having coffee, which really added to the joy of my trip. It's truly a prime location within the scenic area. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the sheets weren't stiff at all, making for a very comfortable stay overall. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit soon. Plus, the Joy City mall across the street is super convenient for dining and shopping.

The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!
