酒店環境很好，以往出差也都是選擇住酒店但是永昌國際酒店的大廳必須誇一下，有種“老錢風”的感覺特別豪華，其次就是工作人員的熱情態度，讓我也非常感動，到店之前酒店預訂部小張就主動聯繫我，詢問我各種住房要求，而且非常詳細的介紹酒店的娛樂設施，游泳，健身，水療中心，高爾夫，還有營業時間，以及早餐時間，本來準備到酒店後，在問前台，結果提前都給介紹了，晚上到店辦理入住，接待人員也非常專業，很快就辦理完了，還體諒我旅途辛苦，提心早點休息，這種小小的舉動真的非常温馨，下次有機會來榆林也會毫不猶豫選擇這家酒店！

Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wife’s birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there. Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

Walking distance to Mt Hua entrance. Comfortable stay. Like the water pressure in the shower. Nice view of the mountain too. Hotel also help to purchase tickets to Mt Hua.

衞生很乾凈，床品很舒服，空間也大，乾濕分離的很方便，沙發也很大。交通方便，大雁塔周邊，地鐵站打車都相對方便，而且打車便宜。 鐘樓，鼓樓，回民街一條線，然後大唐不夜城打車也非常方便，就在大雁塔附近，廣場很大，帶孩子逛逛走走，西安好吃好喝好逛。酒店也有機器人送餐。西安人民都很熱情~還會再來的！ 這家酒店非常有性價比~

Perkhidmatan pelayan peribadi Tongtong sangat baik. Bilik tidak bersedia semasa saya pergi ke sana Bilik itu agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan menghantar pemanas udara. Terdapat terlalu ramai orang di kolam air panas, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa. Terdapat bayaran untuk syurga haiwan peliharaan yang comel. Terdapat caj tambahan sebanyak 138/2 untuk memberi makan, yang agak mahal. Terdapat juga kuda di hotel, dan kanak-kanak berseronok menunggangnya. Saya juga menonton rancangan itu Secara umumnya, saya mempunyai perjalanan yang menyenangkan dan anak-anak saya menyukainya

Ia sememangnya hotel mesti menginap di eselon pertama Xi'an Perkhidmatan dan peralatan alam sekitar semuanya dalam talian Perkhidmatan yang berorientasikan orang ramai meningkatkan nilai pengalaman perjalanan Xi'an tua. Walau bagaimanapun, butirannya dikendalikan dengan cara yang sepatutnya oleh hotel besar, dan sarapan paginya adalah pilihan pertama untuk keluarga dan kanak-kanak.

Late night arrival. Fast processing at reception. Available transport to airport but the hotel is a few km away from the airport. Clean, simple amenities for a night in btw flight.
