Ulasan Hotel Abest Nagano Ekimae

We arrived from Tokyo on a late shinkansen, and needed to stop overnight before catching the bus to Hakuba in the morning. Hotel Abest had the best rates and their checkin counter was open until late. We had a room on the ninth floor. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and there was even an automatic massage chair. We added breakfast, and the photos I have added show the nutritious hot breakfast and the view from the small restaurant on the tenth floor. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

房間非常小，但價格不便宜，唯一的優點是就在長野站對面，很方便。但設施非常陳舊，感覺很不值得～

ホテルの上の階にマッサージチェアと漫画が自由に読めるコーナーがあった。 施設自体は古めだが、長野駅目の前の好立地で泊まるのに良かった。

今回ドライブで経由地として長野市内を選び、こちらのホテルを選びました。

長野駅前で立地はよいものの暴走族が良く走っているのか？爆音がすごいときがあります。エアコンの調整弁が壊れていたり、古い水回りであることが残念でした。

二泊しましたがなかなかよかったです。

Hotel stesen. Kemudahan sudah lama. ・Pintu yang tidak dikunci secara automatik. ・ Kertas dinding koyak dan terdapat lubang di dinding. ・Gerabak linen sentiasa keluar di koridor sempit (ia keluar sehingga pekerja pergi). ・Banger yang tergantung di pintu masuk bilik menghalang. dan lain-lain, pada harga yang berpatutan. Satu-satunya keselamatan adalah ruang kosong di mana kerusi urut terkini diletakkan. Barisan manga adalah berat sebelah, tetapi ia memuaskan.

The Bathroom was too small (mind your head on the towel rail) and in need of refurbishment.The hot/cold mixer was not the newest type.

Waited till my trip of Japan was over to write a review. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in our whole 3 week stay in Japan. Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000. I then reached out to the hotel to ask if they could refund the last half as this was an unfair way to do business. They still have not responded. Honestly the worst experience in Japan period!!! Avoid this place.

The only good comment about this hotel is: close to the train station. The rest is undesirable

stay was ok, but basic. Breakfast not really very good quality

The hotel is dated and not clean. When we arrived, the hotel's front desk is on the second floor of the building and the escalator from the ground floor to the second floor was broken. We had to carried our luggage from the ground floor to the front desk by the stairs. When we got into our room, the A/C was not working. They did not allow us to open the window. They ended up sending a electric fan to our room to keep us cool. It was not worth the amount of money we paid, $180usd, for the one night stay.
