Located right next to the JR station and AMU plaza, it is the most convenient location in town. The hotel just opened its door in January 2024. The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

少々くたびれ感のある駅前ホテルですが、路面電車やバスターミナルなど交通網の要衝にあるのでどこへ行くにも便利です。駅直結ではないですが、駅前ですし、ショッピングモールの上階にあるので、買い物や食事も便利です。アメニティは普通のビジネスホテルレベルで、フロント前のアメニティーコーナーから必要な分だけ持っていくというスタイルです。とりわけ特筆すべきは長崎県産「そのぎ茶」の日本茶ティーバッグ。とてもビジネスホテルレベルとは思えない、かなり美味しいお茶でした。後日、ネットでお取り寄せしたほど気に入りました。

酒店离开JR站很近。我们先去了车站的綜合觀光案內所购买了电车一日劵，这个劵一天内可以无限次乘坐电车。然后从綜合觀光案內所方向出站，走过AMU PLAZA，过了天桥就到了酒店。天桥下就是电车站和马路（现在有部分在修路）。有电梯上下天桥，电梯下来就到了酒店门口，非常方便。酒店是下午三点才能check in，我们将行李寄存在酒店，就出去玩了。酒店很干净，早餐也不错。

The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

This hotel is located opposite AMU Plaza Nagasaki and a walking distance from/to Nagasaki station. Due to the peak season, there was not many options to find a good hotel. Frankly speaking, this hotel was a bit old and outdated, but since we only stayed for two nights, we could ignore this matter. Another issue was that the laundry room was packed with people using the machines. They still provided amenities and bottled water in the room. The bed was quite big but not comfy at all. The toilet was pretty tight for a tall person. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Family Mart and a Yoshinoya store in the neighbourhood.

長崎駅へ徒歩でも行けるほどに近く、安価に宿泊できる、という点のみが評価できるホテル。いずれの設備も古く、一見すると清潔に保たれているように見えるが、ところどころで清掃の手抜きが見受けられる。ビジネスホテルに一様に見られるバスルームの狭さは言うまでもない。 入り口は階段となっており、車椅子などの身体の不自由な方、大きな荷物を持っている方は利用しづらいように感じる（地下の駐車場からのエレベーターがあるだろうが）。 海外の安いホテルであればこの程度のサービスの質だろうと思うだろうが、日本のホテルの中では質は良くない。長崎観光の拠点としては不向きで、夜遅くにチェックインし朝早くに出発するための宿泊所として利用する方がいいだろう。 It is a hotel that can only be appreciated for two things: it is close enough to Nagasaki Station to be reached on foot, and it is an inexpensive place to stay. All of the facilities are old, and although at first glance they appear to be kept clean, there are signs that cleaning has been cut corners in some places. Needless to say, the bathrooms are small, which is common among business hotels. The entrance is a staircase, which I feel it is difficult to use for people with physical disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage (although there may be an elevator from the underground parking lot). You would think that this would be the quality of service at a cheap hotel outside of Japan, but the quality is not as good as it is in Japan. It is not suitable as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki, and would be better used as a place to check in late at night and leave early in the morning.

위치는 나가사키역바로앞이라 너무좋았습니다! 조금 오래된곳이긴하지만 괜찮았어요 딱 1인이 28인치 캐리어펴고 지내기 좋았구요 화장실이 좀작고 옛날수도꼭지였지만 뜨거운물 콸콸에다 욕조도있어서 반신욕하기도좋았습니다(다리는 펼수없음..) 나가사키에간다면 또 이용하고싶어요!

좀 오래된 호텔인지 시설이 노후화 되었지만 가격도 저렴한 편이고 무엇 보다 나가사키역 인근이라 접근성이 좋습니다. 약간 오르막길이지만 캐리어를 끌고 가는데는 어렵지 않습니다. 호텔 앞으로 도로가 있지만 대로변이 아니라서 조용한 편입니다. 일정상 아침 일찍 호텔을 나서야 했기에 식사의 질은 어떤지 알 수 없었습니다. 마실 수 있는 생수가 제공되지 않으니 미리 편의점 등에서 준비를 해야 합니다.

夜景を目的にこのホテルを選び、一人利用だったので『シングル洋室(夜景側)』の部屋を利用したのですが、失敗でした。 夜景は見えるには見えますが、窓の左側や下部には本館の建物があり、パノラマの景色が遮られます。 また、この部屋は日中は薄暗く、夜に照明をつけると、今度は異常に入り口の天井の照明が眩しい。 その照明を消すには壁スイッチを切らないといけないのですが、そうすると部屋の天井照明まで消えてしまい、せっかく照明リモコンがあるのに使えない。 部屋の中の古いユニットバスの洗面にはコンセントがなくドライヤーを使うこともできず。 何かと不便なことが多く、部屋の居心地は私には大変悪かったです。 しかし、ロビーや大浴場(女湯も！)からの眼下に広がる夜景は絶景！大浴場の洗い場が畳敷きだったのも新鮮。 同様の夜景が見たければ、『15畳和室(夜景側)』がオススメだと後で知り、『(夜景側)』にもいろいろタイプがあるとわかり、大変悔しい思いをしました。 スタッフの方々は皆さん親切で優しく、一人利用にも関わらず駅～ホテル間の送迎にも応じてくださいました。朝食バイキングは品数が少なめでさびしかったですが、こちらでもスタッフさんはとても親切でした。 さらには、じゃらんで予約していたため口コミ投稿したところ、大変真摯な返信がしてあり、一人一人の口コミ意見にきちんと耳を傾けている姿勢に大変好感が持てました。 次は部屋のタイプをしっかり確認して、今度こそ絶景の見える部屋を楽しみに利用したいと思います。

On the map, this hotel is very well located. Buses (including airport buses) and trams stops directly in front of the hotel. In practice, however, you need to use a foot bridge with only stairs to access the trams. If you are travelling with large luggage or have accessibility issues, it won't be so convenient. The hotel is (barely) within walking distance from Nagasaki Train Station, but there's no restaurant really close by. There's a convenience store located right on the first floor though. The hotel had an impressively large, old school styled lobby. The staff were really nice and professional even by Japanese standard. The public space met my expectation for a 4 start hotel. The room was huge for the price, and that was probably the best thing about the hotel. The interior was not fancy, and I saw many comments complaining the hotel being ”too old”. But personally, I found it work pretty well. The price was really good for the room size, and it did not feel as worn-out as some comments suggested. The general look and feel was slightly different from most Japanese hotels probably because it was previously ran by an international hotel chain. There were, however, some obvious issues about the room. I was able to hear my neighbor talking, which is something I don't expect from a 4 star hotel in Japan. There was some mysterious stomping sound in early morning every day. The card reader on the wall contained a powerful blue light that turns the whole room blue when all the lights turned off. If you like trains, the hotel has good view to trains getting in and out of Nagasaki station. You will hear them a bit but they don't run very frequently. The breakfast was offered on the top floor of the hotel, and the view was fantastic. The food quality was pretty good for the price, with lots of local specialties on the menu. I will recommend it. Overall there were lots of things to like about the hotel, but the soundproofing was really below standard for Japan, and my sleep quality wasn't that good. Which is why I only give it 3 stars. For those who are generally not bothered by noises or lights when sleeping, I think this hotel still worth a serious consideration for its value.

체크인할때 조심하세요 무인 체크인이고 기계로 하는거긴한데 정상적으로 작동하지 않아서 결국 전화로 얘기해야됩니다 거기다 일본어 확실하게 하지 못하면 못알아들을수도 있어요 그리고 트립닷컴에 등록돼있는 전화번호로 전화걸면 신호가 안갑니다 번호가 달라요 일본야후나 구글을 통해 정확한 호텔 전화번호를 조사한 뒤 가시길 권합니다 이거 때문에 30분 이상을 손해봤어요 체크인만 정상적으로 완료하면 나머지 호텔 시설 같은건 아주 좋음 호텔이라기보다 거의 아파트 느낌임
